Xbox Elite
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Solid controller, used scuf controllers for years and kept breaking the paddles. Wish I would’ve upgraded to the elite controller sooner

Good for extreme gamers maybe
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It’s a great controller. Takes some getting use too. The only advantage is that it feels more premium and you get the extra buttons. I returned it and just got a regular controller.

Elite controller
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is my son’s second Elite controller in less than a year. The first one had a button go bad after a few months of use. He really likes this controller even though it has way to many buttons for me to comprehend.

Great idea, terrible quality control
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love playing my Xbox and my elite 1 started to have stock drift, so I figured I’d upgrade since it’s been a while. Got this baby in pretty fast Best Buy was great all things considered but the product came defective out the box. Now I dont know what the process is to return this now that COVID-19 is upon us, but I’ll tell you guys what was wrong out the box. The A button is non responsive a lot and it’s frustrating when I press it to no avail. The controller always disconnects from my Xbox everyday for a random moment. I love the elite controller idea but part of me thinks I should’ve went with a different company like scuff or Astro.

We're sorry that there's an issue with the A button and disconnects with your new Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2. First, we recommend exchanging it for a new one with Best Buy. Great controller but one exception
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The controller works as intended but it keeps disconnecting with a wireless connection to my PC. I have updated the drivers and restarted the computer and it still disconnects. When I use it with the xbox it doesn't disconnect.

Posted .Hi Joseph,
We're sorry that there's an issue with your Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2. First, we recommend troubleshooting the issue with Xbox Support. If that doesn't help, one option is to invest in a Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows 10, which may offer a more stable wireless connection than Bluetooth. Xbox Support may be contacted here: https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/hardware-network/controller/wireless-controller-solution
Hope that helps,
