Solid controller
||Posted . Owned for 11 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Outside of the known issues with stick drift, I exclusively play Xbox daily utilizing my elite controller. The trigger settings and ability to swap out my sticks for different play styles definitely improved my game play. Heck I bought a second one for my pc

Love/Hate
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really enjoy video games so having this is more like a “collectors” item. I love that the controller is customizable. However, it’s not a must have. If you play COD/HALO/PUBG etc it could be useful. Parents, if you don’t have the money to spend on this, try and reason with your child before purchasing.

Thank you
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Outstanding open box buy, it was everything I hoped it would be. It elevated my game to levels I haven’t seen since I emulated Dirk the Daring and saved Princess Daphne from the evil dragon Singe.

Best controller on market.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Amazing, best controller on the market, I owned the previous elite and used on my PC. I now have a series x and wanted another controller to stay with that system, everything on this new controller is upgraded and just a little better then the previous model. Love that the battery pack is now integrated and come with a wireless charging cradle. Got my series 2 on Sale at Best Buy for same price I paid for my original elite despite upgrades.

Good improvement over the original but....
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The new Gen 2 Elite controller is much better constructed over the original Gen 1 Elite especially with the grips and new metal bumper frame but, with my new Elite out of box, the right and left stick feel slightly loose and the right stick is already suffering from a downwards stick drift and it hasn't even been broken in yet. Good controller regardless but, check the controller to be sure of any potential out of box issues.

Worth the upgrade
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This controller is all about quality manufacturing, improved controls, and heightened sensitivity – perfect for gamers who love to play a lot. Plus, the charging dock is a really cool bonus. Sure, it's a tad pricey, but in my opinion, the quality you get makes it totally worth it.

The Good, the bad, the ugly, the series two.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After needing to replace my series one elite controller, I was able to get in an order for pickup for the series two. And while I haven’t encountered any drift issues, I have a sticky/defunct A button. So now I have one dedicated paddle after doing some remapping of the paddle controls to manipulate the function of the A button. It’s not ideal, however it works in a pinch, took some adjustments on my case, as I had not used the paddles on my series one. Lucked out on the left and right bumper/trigger buttons as they all work without a hitch. I do like how you can adjust the tension in the control sticks a major improvement over the series one, though I do see this eventually leading towards drift issues, especially since I have mine pretty much as loose as possible, FPS and the like, gaming pretty much faster/wider range of motion. To that end I did get geek squad coverage, should a drift issue arise. I can understand why the price may be a no go for some, but if you’ve got a Series S/X, then why not have a controller on the same par (more or less)?

Elite 2 controller
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had the original elite controller and I am very pleased with the elite 2 controller. Many more features to the elite 2 than was offered for the elite 1. Have the ability for 3 different controller presets at the touch of a button for different games you play or just variations of your favorite game controls

Excellent gaming controller
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The controller is sturdy, responsive, works great. The new design that uses rechargeable batteries and included charging stand, is a much improved feature over prior generation that used a cable to power the device. Prior design also ran on alkaline batteries, but constantly had to replace them, costly. The rechargeable batteries last long time between charges. No cons with the new design. Little pricey, but worth it. Make sure to purchase extended warranty, helps reduce replacement cost down the line.

A Solid Controller
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For the amount of options and things you can do with this controller, I personally enjoy it compared to the typical regular Xbox controller a person can get. Me personally however, I waited for when there was a sale going on for Best Buy, or if there was an open box version available

||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If ur a Gamer u will love this controller I certainly do. I have to say the two best things are being able u switch the joy sticks to a bigger size with sting magnetic seal so u don't have to worry about it just popping off, Makes a big difference when playing games like Call of duty or fortnite. The other thing is the built-in battery with type c charger. No more changing batteries or having to buy a battery pack, plus it lasts much longer than any thing out there.

Definitely better than 1st ELITE
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The bumpers were completely changed and should no longer be a issue like it was for me by returning 3 of the 1st version because of bumpers breaking. Seems the whole casing is made of a high density rubberized plastic so no more problems with grips peeling off. That was a problem I never experienced. Clicky buttons. Some people prefer that, some dont. Im just glad the took care of the cheaply constructed bumpers from the previous version. These bumpers are solid! ALL IN ALL: Great controller. Dont forget to update the drivers.

Best wireless option for Xbox
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This controller is better than the default Xbox controller in every way. The paddles are great if you have finger/thumb issues like I do. There are basically no good wireless aftermarket options outside of this; the Scuf controller is wireless, but it runs on AA batteries, which I don't want to deal with.

Elite Series 2 Controller
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The first Xbox elite controller would get stick drift in under a month. This Elite series 2 controller lasted for 1 year and a couple months before getting stick drift! I highly recommend purchasing geek squad protection so when stick drift happens you can get a replacement. These controllers are usually not kept in stock in stores so you will have to place an order and wait for it to arrive. The price tag is high but I feel it’s worth it for this series of the elite controller.

Xbox Elite Controller
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It might be a bit hard to swallow the extra cost of this controller but it is well worth the price. It takes a little while to get used to the controls, shape, and weight of the controller especially if you have been using the standard controller for a long time. Love that you can customize the buttons and triggers to your liking as well as the config of the buttons. An extra bonus is the battery life (which I didn't expect).

I Love it
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I upgraded from the Elite controller version 1... I love the textured grip where your palms rest, as well as the additional accessories you get vs the Series 1. For example. there's now a 360 style pop on joystick that's noticeably bigger/rounder than Xbox One's and I LOVE IT! I've missed the bigger/larger sticks so getting this back is welcomed. I just wish they'd make the 360 larger sticks with the textured grip on the rim of it like the Xbox One's sticks so I could have the best of both world's lol. No complaints though!
