This is my second one, and while it’s a great controller with outstanding features and battery life, I’m not sold on the longevity. The left bumper on my old one became unreliable and I hadn’t bought the protection plan on it and it was out of warranty. Since we’re now Best Buy Total members, the 2 year protection plan is included so I feel better about buying another one now.

Great controller, long battery life and easily customizable. If you can look past the price I would say this is the best controller out for PC as far as battery life, Bluetooth connectivity, and versatility

From my grandson - I love the elite series 2 controller! The case it comes with works really well and is very high quality and protective. It's very convenient that I can charge it in the case. The charger is very long to and can be used while playing. The buttons and customizations are very cool too. It adds a different feel to gaming when using the extra buttons and customizations. 10 out of 10 controller!

I recently purchased the Xbox controller, and I must say it offers exceptional build quality and premium materials. The controller feels robust and comfortable in hand, and the adjustable trigger settings enhance the gaming experience. The included case is a nice touch, keeping it protected on the go. However, my experience hasn't been flawless. I've had to return it a few times due to joystick drifting issues, which is quite frustrating. Additionally, the controller comes with a premium price tag, which may be a deterrent for some buyers. In summary, the Xbox controller boasts impressive build quality, materials, and design, but the recurring joystick drifting and the high cost make it a mixed investment.

Once you start using the Elite controller, the original xbox controllers start to feel like toys. I like that you can lock the triggers to different lengths depending on the game that you are playing. Very nice controller and nice color.

Honestly so far every elite controller I’ve bought from other places comes with an issue but I bought this one from Best Buy and thank the lord it came in perfect condition and so far has given me not a single issue.

Thought it was great bought as a open box however I later found out the left analog assembly that is soldered to the board is broke so unless i find another one and manage to solder it to the board successfully it's toast.

Great controller. Battery life is very good. It does not come with the pads so just a heads up. The price is high in my opinion but I have no complaints with the quality.

Controller has a great weight. Button and joysticks feel mroe accurate.

Purchased as a Chistmas present for my grandson. He loves it!
