Great quality controller, feels very premium. You can customize the triggers and buttons I have larger hands and it makes the back triggers hard to use, but that’s the only negative I have.

Saw this controller online and I had to get it because it looks really good and I've heard some good reviews on it. Best Buy Customer Service was amazing. When I arrived everyone was friendly and as soon as I requested my Item they went to go get it fast for. Overall I haven't had any issues and it works well no problems. Product feels good when holding.

Love the elite series controllers. Heavy in the hand and made with good materials. Wish it had Hall Effects but still a great controller all in all.

Great controller my husband really likes it. He had to get used to using the back buttons but he getting the hang of it. It’s not heavy and fit hands good. The charger and case is awesome.

I play roughly 10-12 hours a week. It’s the simply the best. Buy the protection plan! one of the buttons will eventually go bad, I have used both versions of the elite controller and after an extremely slow/painful exchange that took almost two months to return to me I’m working order. I had geek squad on the second elite controller and could not feel more justified in a purchase. Stopped into a store, person helping me went and grabbed a new one off the shelf and I was out the door before my appt was scheduled to start. The controller quality is unmatched but hinders the durability, buy the 2-3 year protection plan.

Absolutely love it feels great works great. I think it may even feel better than the black elite 2. And i opened each box days apart

Replaced multiple of these controllers that all exhibited some level of stick drift brand new from the factory. Microsoft elite controllers are known to have looser manufacturing tolerances versus their standard controllers. You can find many examples online of people saying their controller exhibited the same behavior. If the stick drift doesn’t bother you, it is otherwise a great controller.

Love the weight and overall feel of how hefty it is, pressing buttons feel like you are actually pressing buttons. But, after a while the same clicking starting to feel like they needed more pressure ESPECIALLY the right bumper, both bumpers and B button going out rather quickly for it’s expensive price tag.

Worth the price but definitely recommend getting warranty as the joysticks do get stick drift after a year

Love this controller and all the customizations you can do. Feels comfortable and solid in the hands. The price may scare you away but I feel it was worth every penny

I tried to upload a picture of my controller along with the grips I bought separately! THIS IS THE BEST CONTROLLER IN THE PAST 6 years of streaming and gaming that I have found. I will never go back. Talk about a disadvantage when it comes to you against other players! They better watch out. My k.d has gone up immensely and has made the experience of Xbox fun again for me. Thanks guys!!

Excellent quality and product. I adore the red color. My only complaint is the fragility of the sticks, but my geek squad protection makes me feel better about it.

Best investment for your Xbox if you are intense into gaming and want more configuration. I bought TEMU paddles for the back side and thumb sticks and they work well

Huge difference from regular controllers easy set up and customizable but got one that drifts

0 issues after several months usingbthis controller nearly every day. 10x better than the standard controller. I use scuf paddles with it. The custom mapping with the 3 presets is great if you like having different mapping for different games.

This controller provides me the edge I need to decimate the 12 year old punks that like to hurl the n word at me with reckless abandon. I used to have nothing to say because of how badly these young assassins would kill me, but now thanks to this controller I can talk back to them with Yo Momma jokes and about how promiscuous their mother's and sister's are. Now I feel like a big man when I play video games because now I can win on the field of battle and in the trash talking game and send those prepubescent punks crying back to mama and it is all thanks to this controller.
