I brought it back for a replacement and it works great. Worth the money for a great gaming controller.

Thought it wouldn’t be that much better but the red really pops in this bad boy. I think it feels better than my all black series 2 I got when they came out.

Compatible with Xbox Series X/S & PC. It's my daily driver. I love it. My only issue was that after a couple of years the shoulder buttons are now really sensitive and will register multiple clicks with one push. Fortunately I have the RB LB buttons mapped to the back buttons, so its not a big deal. If this happens to you call MS immediately so they can replace it while still under warranty.
