Great controller! best ive had, bought it a year ago and it still going strong

I use this controller almost everyday and absolutely loves how it feels in my hands. I have used this type of controller for about 3 years an unfortunately the only reason I bought a new one was because my puppy got ahold of it and chewed it. As soon as it happened my wife and I went to Best Buy to get one the first one didn’t have any in stock so we called and ordered it from a different location on our way there just to make sure we didn’t miss out on getting the exact one that I wanted. Best Buy answered really quickly and helped me order it over the phone in less than 3 minutes. As soon as we arrived they already had it waiting in online orders even though we were only about 5 minutes away after we finalized the order.

Many people told me not to purchase due to a common stick drift problem that comes about. But after almost a year with it I’ve never experienced any problems it’s been very reliable comfortable in hand and it is very customizable

It was decent definitely better than an average controller

The Xbox Elite Series 2 controller is awesome-super customizable, from the bumpers to the Xbox logo light, To mapping a button for the achievements page, and so much more . It feels great in my hands and really steps up my gaming. But here’s the problem: I paid for an “excellent” open box controller, expecting almost new quality, but got one with broken buttons and bumpers. Support told me I had to drive an hour to return it, which just isn’t doable with my night shifts and being a single dad. I wish they’d let me ship it back or at least offered some money back for the hassle and receiving the cheaper controller. Awesome controller, but the buying experience was a letdown.

This controller should have been shipped standard with the Xbox Series X. It makes the whole system feel more quality. Good adjustments on the triggers and sticks.

I have used an Elite controller 2 for a while and loved it. I got this to replace my original series 2 controller after it got left stick drift. The new controller works great!

Such a great controller. Bought for a Christmas gift. He can easily such between using it on his Xbox to his computer. I've had one for two years now and haven't had any issues with drifting, or batteries draining.

This is a colorful and durable gaming controller. It is very responsive to my pc games. Comfortable in the palm of my hands, and it was simple to get up and running quickly.

I got this as a gift got my husband and this is the best controller he has gotten finally decided to get a good one and it turned out better than his cheaper other ones

Very good product. Price was decent because of the sale. The customization and extra buttons definitely help with gaming performance

For an elite controller, I have to say it was not sturdy like the previous ones I have purchased. This one felt a bit off due to the thumb knobs feeling rebuilt rather than brand new, which is what I paid for. I previously purchased two black edition elite controllers, and they were built with much stiffer controls and no free traveling effect on the thumbstick, which is why I feel this way. Maybe I just got a bad one. could also be why this red one is less expensive than the all-black one.

Color is great and the customization is great and third party accessories fit well making a budget friendly pro controller

Got on sale and open box so decent deal, bumper went out and had the controller replaced under warranty with a new one about a year in, new one works great so far, not sure if it’s worth the extra money compared to the original pro but does a great job regardless

Had to get another one because my Puppy chewed up my first one. By far one of there best controllers had to get it again I love the original controller but after using this for so long the original just didn't feel the same. I wish they would have included this with there consoles. Love the color as well

I personally love the controller it's heavier than the other one so it feels better in your hands and the overall quality is better and the thumb sticks and pad are detachable if you choose to replace them with different colors you can.

Honestly best controller ive ever had, recently mine is getting stick drift but no big deal will purcahse again
