This controller is exceptional! I was not a fan of the all-black but works as it should.

I've had several custom controllers from other companies and they just don't hold up and they are actually more expensive if you want to get on the same level as this one. I strongly suggest you get this product if you are looking for custom buttons.

The controller paddles took a little to get used to and build muscle memory but once you get the hang of it your reflexes in fps and other games that require quick response times is significant improved. That coupled with the fact the controller is barely heavier that a standard wireless controller and has rubber grips makes the purchase very much worth it if you were on the fence about it

Its great i find the case it came with isnt nessecary but the controller its self is great it takes a few hours to get used to but i feel like my gameplay is better in apex legends

I love these controllers for the Xbox. My wife bought me one and it's been great to use. Awesome battery life. Can pair with laptop and phone too. Charges relatively quick. Comes with a case and extra accessories. Can change the color on the app.

I know there have been a lot of backlash on this controller, and I can't comment on durability. I have enjoyed it a lot, and having extra paddles helps with playing games, so you can keep fingers on thimbsticks. Adding the 2 year protection plan from Best Buy also makes my mind at ease with durability. I would only buy it at best buy.

I love this controller. Soo good. I use the extra back buttons and tabs all the time. Makes gaming so much better now. Also the new d-pad should be standard now on new Xbox controllers it’s that good.

The elite is a tank of a controller and the paddles arent flimsy or built into the controller so if you’re getting heated you don’t have to worry about snapping them

Very comfortable especially if you think the regular controller is a little small but it’s not a huge difference. Enjoy the better and customizable parts. 100% recommend product protection.

Wow, simply wow! I bought this out of curiosity and assumed I would end up returning it. I thought it was a gimmick to be honest. I haven't put it down since I configured it, I love the added weight the high quality components add to the feel. Highly customizable with replacement pieces. The software to customize the controller is pretty well done.

Amazing controller, everything you would ever need/want. Although the durability is horrible, everything starts to wear down, even the trigger locks. Although they did increase the base warranty to a full year so that’s why I made it a 4 star.

The controller fits nicely in your hands and gives the most comfort while playing your favorite games. The extra paddles give the opportunity to really get into the game and have an advantage over others. Built in batteries are nice. Charging station is lovely. Case being able to allow the cable through it is nice as well.

Great so far, have only had it for about a month. I use it to play PC games, the plug and play is always simple for xbox controllers and this one is no different. I like the paddle buttons very much. Battery life seems fantastic so far, and the case is awesome.

i had issues with the rubber grip pads always coming un glued after time and thanks to the black tie warranty i was able to replace regularly!, thank you best buy! now this #2 elite edition seems well made and the rubber grips seem like they are built in! love the feel, but only time will tell if the grips will loosen up. GOT the best warranty in the business again, (just in case), Bestbuy Black tie warranty ROCKS!

I have two of these and I think they are the best controllers ever. The heavier weight feels great and the joysticks are very smooth. I have the total tech on them and if they ever have a problem I just swap it out for another. Highly recommend

I love this product. It had all the features that i was looking for and then some. I live how it can charge through the protective case. I definitely recommend for anyone who is a gamer.

Great remote. Pricey but worth it. Comes with a case that keeps it safe, a charging stand that prevents it from getting scratched when set on a surface, a really nice usb-c 9 footer, and all the stick and paddle accessories. Remote feels a little different from the original, but doesn't feel foreign. Love the adjustable triggers and the Xbox accessories app is very functional.
