The Elite Series 2 brings a lot of disappointment. When I first bought the controller I had to return it the next day because the D pad was misaligned. The right D pad button was tilted up, making it harder to press compare to the left D pad button. After 4 months of gaming, my bottom right paddle stopped working and I had to use my warranty to get it replaced which meant I had to rebuy the warranty which costed me another $50. After getting the controller replaced, my left trigger stopper adjuster fell off. On the previous elite the trigger stopper adjusters were made out of a solid plastic but on the Series 2, it’s a tiny toothpick end with a rubber cover. When the cover fell of it made it harder to switch the triggers. Some pros are the new grip design and internal batteries. The Elite 1 rubber grips peeled off after 6 months of gaming and the new design is holding on so far. The internal batteries is a plus with the case as the charger. I visit my friends home a lot and I like bringing my own controller so this is a plus for me. After paying nearly $300 with warranty I’m very disappointed on this product. The price is half of a brand new console. You might as well buy a regular controller and get the $30 StrikePack paddle mods or the PowerA Fusion pro....

This is the third controller that I bought for my Xbox. It was expensive compared to the other two, but it is actually the best thus far. Very comfortable and the battery life is much better, lasting almost 16 hours. The fact that you can charge it while inside the case is a plus. I highly recommend this controller.

Loved it so much that I bought a second one for my older Xbox and a third for my brother. My first gen Elite controller started having issues with the river grips and this one seems to be holding up much better.

Fresh out of the box, it's an absolute beast, but tends to show its age after a year. If you're purchasing this, do yourself a favor a get the 2yr warranty as it's notorious for stick drift after continuous use.

The controller feels better then the average controller right when you pick it up. Buttons, sticks & triggers are smooth. Also has the adjustable trigger on the back which is convenient, I highly recommend especially if you just want a comfortable controller!

Been playing on the original Xbox and still have it along with 360 and XBox 1X. This is by far the best Xbox controller I have ever owned and experienced. The feel and controllers are definitely elite compared to all the other Xbox controllers. It was recently in stock and on sale which was a bonus.

Probably the best controller on the market right now, as a PC user. Just switched from a PS4 controller so I'm still adjusting but no other controller has as many options as this does. A best buy agent helped me with this purchase and I greatly appreciated it. Always buying from best buy whenever I can.

Great controller with a very premium feel to it. I’ve had it for awhile now and still works like new with no wear or tear. Best controller on the market

I have been putting off getting this controller because of the price but its literally a game changer i have tweaked it just right to what feels perfect to me will never use a regular controller again

This is my second series 2 elite. So i advise being careful, because the joystick can be prone to drifting. Other than that it feels wonderful in the hands. It gives an extra level of precision and feedback. That once you've gotten used to it there is no going back.

GET A GEEK SQUAD WARRANTY! Awesome controller, but definitely has numerous quality control issues. I'm on my 5th Elite Series 2 controller. About to buy a new one, with a warranty right now so i have a backup Series 2 when mine gets back from Microsoft.

This device it’s amazing I love it, comfortable, easy to use and set it up.

This controller has so many options, handles perfectly, adapts to your gamers needs and has it all, including a carry case for travel. Price is right and my son loves it!

Awesome controller. Back paddles take some getting used to but after a bit become super comfortable. The remapping ability is super useful and easy to use in Xbox. The hair-trigger adjustments work flawlessly with both triggers. The thumb sticks swap out really easy and overall it’s a great value for the money. Plus the added case is a nice bonus!

It's a controller not much to say when one breaks and the warranty is gone you gotta get another one or you can't play

I got this controller for my husband. He loves xbox and he loves this controller. Its easy to use. It comes with additional button depending on the types of moves you want to do. It comes with a nice carrying case that you can charge your contoller while its inside.
