Great controller! But... I think its a real shame that its expected to fail in some way (stick drift or bumber not working, etc) after a few months. Maybe 6 months I think. I on my 2nd or 3rd one and I do treat them well, never in a damaging way. I will say that it takes me time to adjust to normal controller after using an elite controller. I cannot recommed this to anyone without warranty of some kind.

Great remote, use it for both my console and PC gaming. Feels great in the hand, weight is just right.

Awesome controller. We have 2 Xboxes so we will need a second. I like the customization of the joy sticks and the short pull triggers are a must for me. Also paddles have been a must for a long time.

A great controller which I purchased for when I was able to get a Series X. Have one now and the controller feels good in your hands. A hefty price tag but worth it and the battery life is definitely a selling point. If you can make sure you insure it

Bought this one for my son as a gift and he has not stop using it. The quality and ability to modify it is incredible

This is my second elite 2 controller. The first one just quit working. Hit the xbox button and nothing..I had it about 7ish months. I always buy from Bestbuy and it cost me 40 to get this second one. When you buy their insurance and replace an item, you pay for the insurance on the product. Needless to say this one gas been going good for a little over a month. I love having the paddles on the back. I set them up so I don't have to push buttons. Also really like having the ability to make the right and left triggers have a shorter squeeze. Some games I like a longer squeeze and others short. Overall I would definitely give the controller a 5 star, however the first one has me gun shy. 4 star is it this go round. Definitely recommend, and recommend Bestbuy insurance.

I actually love this controller, love the quality the paddles feel like metal, everything feels strong. I recommend this controller 100%, i had a razor controller everything was plastic, mine broke for having for about 1 year.

Phenomenal for gaming, better than a Dualsense that’s got sure

The removable paddle,d-pad, and thumb grips are nice and the trigger locks are cool. But 2 months in and i got bad stick drift. Customer sevice for 1 year warranty that comes with it is arguably the worst part of this whole thing . That alone makes the controller not worth it honestly. I like the feel and weight and the portable charging dock with the controller . All in all decent controller but i think im a try the scuff controller next

This has been a great purchase for an update to my Xbox console. Definitely has given me a nice edge on game play with fps (COD) games.

Really like all the new added features. New grips feel great controller as a whole feels fantastic. LT & RT Have new lil grip textures feel pretty good nice lil addition. The new thumb sticks are better than the old ones, but my only complaint though is it only comes with one tall thumb stick. Also wanna mention the tightening of the thumb sticks is really cool. Having 3 controller profiles for different games over the old 2 nice addition too. The carrying case with the ability to charge while in the case is very awesome it can also be charged outside case with a lil stand like thing (doesn’t need the lil stand) it can still charge and play like v1 even though not too happy with the battery being internal not removable on v2. Very nice to have such a long usb c wired cord too. Came with 14 day ultimate game pass (Minecraft Dungeons just came out on gamepass :) overall very satisfied with purchase!
