I have been using this controller for the better part of a year now and it has been nothing but perfect. I love the fact that so many of the parts are modular and can be swapped out or removed. The controller is very well balanced and feels very comfortable during long play sessions. The charging dock and case are excellent as well. It's expensive but definitely worth the price.

I recently purchased a new controller from Best Buy hoping to resolve the stick drift issues I had with my previous controller. However, my experience with the new controller right out of the box has been quite disappointing. Upon opening the box and plugging in the controller, I immediately noticed a significant stick drift problem. The analog stick would constantly move downwards and to the left, even when I wasn't touching it. This stick drift was so severe that it caused my screen to continuously scroll in those directions without any input from me. Considering the issues I had with my previous controller, I expected the replacement to work flawlessly. Unfortunately, the stick drift on this new controller was even worse than before, making it virtually unusable for gaming. As a customer, it is disheartening to encounter such a fundamental flaw in a brand new product. I believe it reflects poorly on the quality control and assurance measures of the store and the manufacturer. I would urge Best Buy to take note of these issues and ensure that the controllers they sell are thoroughly tested and free from defects before they reach the customers. I hope that this feedback helps them improve their product offerings and provide a better experience for future customers. Overall, my experience with the new controller purchased from Best Buy was highly unsatisfactory due to the persistent stick drift issues. I would recommend potential buyers to exercise caution and thoroughly test the controller before making a purchase to avoid similar disappointments.

Very sturdy and nice controller. Everything is very smooth and case is super nice. Only reason I give 4 star is because I feel the price for what you get is too high.

Controller works as expected. It's nice to be able to customize the triggers and sticks to make it more comfortable to use. As a PC gamer primarily I have this for games I prefer to use a controller on.

Wow! My friends have been talking about the Elite controllers for a while and I always doubted them. I have had a number of SCUF and AIM controllers, and none of them compete with the Elite. The weight of it, the overall feel, the customizing of it, and extras it comes with are worth the price. I’ll never get another SCUF again (plus their quality is crap now).

Personally, I prefer the Series 1, simply for reliability. The controller itself is high quality, fits well in the hands, and for PC gamers, the software is easy to use. I've owned two Series 2 controllers, and the first had stick drift after a couple months, and the most recent is having issues with a paddle functioning correctly. With warranty, it's a good call.

It is a good controller but to be honest after a year it starts to fail.. it is my 3rd controller. The first controller the RB started to fail. The next one it was the right stick. Just make sure you buy the geek squad protection

Bought this as a gift for my husband. You should get the Geek Squad protection with it. With the way my guy plays, I have a feeling we’ll need it one day. Love the replacement buttons and the fact that you can leave it in the case to charge wirelessly. No more buying those rechargeable batteries! My husband loved it

Not as impressed as i thought i would be. Dont get me wrong, its still a great controller but for 3x the cost of a regular controller, I was expecting something more. Would only recommend if you want to utilize the buttons on the backside.

Best controller ever but has a weak bumper buttons they go out first before anything else I would buy the extended warranty for this

Bought it as a gift to somebody & somehow the controller still had a small drift. Something I didn’t expect with such expensive controller. Past the return date so nothing I could’ve done anyways

I love this elite controller. It has some weight to it but feels great to hold onto. This is my third one, because once you get one, you will never go back to the other.

This is my 2nd elite series 2 controller replacing the one i got on day 1 because the RB button started loosing responsiveness. lasted a couple years tho and has great features. Id definitely recommend. Has excellent hardware and software customizations.

Brought this item open box supposed to be in excellent condition with all of the parts include. Unfortunately, one of the pieces was missing and we had to order replacement parts. The controller works for my son and he is happy with it. I only have it 4 stars because of the missing part.

I had the elite series 1 for 2 years and then it broke. Used it almost everyday and was great. When these came out i was on the dence about getting them since they are so expensive and the old one broke. But once i startes using it again i have no regrets. It does help alot woth shooters adding the short trigger and just the weight and grip feel nice. 100% recommend if price is not an issue

I personally like the added weight when playing along with the no slip grips makes for a enjoyable playing experience. The 3 trigger settings along with fine tuning the analog sticks comes in very handy. Upgraded from the Elite First addition. If you had the first one you will love this one even more.
