The Xbox Elite Series 2 controller feels like quality the first time you hold the controller. The grips are comfortable, the interchangeable sticks and D-Pad make you feel that the controller is designed for anyone. The paddles add even more customization than the average gamer knew they needed. With features like this how could this controller be rated any less than a 5 you may wonder. Well lets just say that the experience is "Elite" until the controller falls apart, literally. The Series 2 was my second go at the Elite controllers from Microsoft and at first I fell in love again and forgot how my original elite controller broke. However after nearly a year of using the controller my left stick's button (LS) was no longer operational. I made due by making my paddles the LS and RS buttons and have grown accustom to utilizing those. Then the second fault occurred, my left bumper no longer registered. Now I could've just thrown in another set of paddles to get me by, but the paddles aren't meant to replace broken components. So at the end of the day, the controller truly is a fantastic experience and changes the way I viewed controllers. However I am 0/2 with working Elite controllers, I had insurance on the controller via GeekSquad so I did swap it out for a new one. Just buyer beware on the fragile nature of the controller. Highly Recommend Geek Squad insurance.

My son loves this controller! He was very excited to get this on Christmas! And he hasn’t broken it yet like he did his last one from constantly dropping it. He actually takes care of this one because he can tell the difference in the quality

Fantastic upgrade from the Elite 1. The built in rechargeable battery is great and lasts several days of heavy use. The paddles are reconfigured and are a little smaller and I find them more responsive. The build is solid. Dont hesitate.

I really like this controller because it makes it easier to play and improve with your skills. I used to play with the regular controller but using this one has made it easier and better to play with

Xbox elite 2 is the best feeling controller. Nice rubbery feel and nice weight.

Great controller especially if you use additional paddles. However the controller does not seem to last more than a year without starting to develop stick drift and bumper issues. I've been through three controllers in less than 3 years with moderate to heavy use. If you buy a BestBuy geek squad extended warranty, just be aware that if you have to use it, you will have to buy another new policy for the replacement controller. The 2 year policy ends as soon as you use it.

This is one of if not the best controller I’ve ever owned. The grip helps with perspiration, the paddles on the back help with gameplay, and the interchangeable thumb sticks are good for different games. I recommend this controller fully.

The controller is comfortable and bit heavy. Not over whelming heavy but feels substantial in the hands. The case and components are of good quality and allows for much customization. The main issue I had with the controller was the input and joy stick drifting. It feels as if there was something causing the A or B button to stick. It makes it unusable at time. Im sure if it were to be taken apart and cleaned, it would likely work fine but for a controller that retails at $180, you would hope these problems did not exist.

Love having more options to customize. I feel the price is a bit high for the value of those buttons. Battery lasts long and charges easily. The remote is well made.

Love how seamless it is to connect to your pc or console. The button programming is extreamly easy and the feel is amazing.

Device is definitely better than standard Xbox controller hopefully will last longer I think Best Buy sent me the wrong open box but contacting and trying to fix this problem

I waited a while to write a review simply because I wanted to see how it would handle. I have had no issues with this item works awesome. Great battery, no stick drift( real gamers will know ) buttons respond immediately with no delay.

Absolutely amazing controller! The weight and control of this controller makes every input so smooth it is definitely worth the cost it will pay for itself!!
