Great controller
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great price verse the upgraded one , we had the upgraded one with the case and extra accessories but when it broke and we needed a new onw my son decided on this one instead since he never used the case and all the accessories that came with the other one anyway so the price difference was worth it for us , the only thing I would say is that it would be nice if all the colors were available in both options

It's nice, but $180 nice?
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm not sure why everyone says this controller is so great. It's pretty nice and all, but worth the $180 I'm not so sure. It's comfortable, comes with interchangeable parts, 4 paddle buttons on the bottom, rechargeable, thumbsticks triggrts are adjustable, and control scheme profiles. To anyone reading this that has read other reviews of people talking about the thumbsticks feeling lose out of the box, they are adjustable. It comes with a tool that you can use to make them stiff or loose. It's actually pretty nice being able to adjust how much tension is required to move the stick. Can make fine point aim easier.

Great Controller
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Son LOVES this controller. This one has weight behind it with metal used throughout. He loves have you can actually customize the controller changing button function and the flippers.

Nice
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have bought these controllers mutiple times and i will say there is a bitter sweet relationship with them. They allow for an overall better gaming performance for sure but much like all other controllers stick drift is a major issue after awhile, and if you can fix it then it can last for a few years, but eventually the wear starts to become apparent like with all other things.

Feels good, but Bad Quality control and not worthy
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall, the controller felt good when sitting on the hands. The dome joystick and the adjustable tension makes it really comfortable to play games. But there are still some issues on the controller I received. I can hear something when I shake it; the dead zones of the joysticks are even larger than my regular one s controller; the top part along with the bumpers is a bit loose. I don't think paying almost $200 for a possible defective controller is a wise choice. Also, as a PC gamer, I don't feel the upgrade worth that much of penny that is 3-5 times more than a regular one s controller.

Posted .Hey Tony,
We're sorry to hear that there are issues with your new Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2. If it's still within Best Buy's return period, we recommend exchanging it for a new one. If that's not possible, please reach out to Xbox Support for assistance here: https://aka.ms/AA4w2z7
Hope that helps,

Fantastic controller for those who really want it.
|Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a great controller for those who want a little extra out of their current controller. The rubberized grip feels great, and the thumb sticks are responsive and feel much more durable than the regular Xbox controller ones. One thing I wish Microsoft would do is create more color schemes without keeping the back of the controller white, which sort of defeats the purpose of a darker color controller. (The included USB-C cable is great as well)

Good - not a must buy
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Eh - i’ve had this controller and also the original elite series 2 multiple times, qualities not what you would really expect. Still very good very well built but not in destructive. This just says that, I have actually found original Xbox controllers that come with their system are more adorable, and last longer than these $120 or $200 controllers
