Best controller out there! Super comfortable. Hair triggers are very nice for FPS. So many ways to customize.

I been using the controller but I still get some delays when I play. However the battery is good for a long time before recharge and very comfortable to play for long periods.

I love this controller,Best on the market.First controller I had to return it because of a bad A button,The second is fine.Maybe a little better QC Microsoft.Every $179 controller should be perfect out of the box.

Best controller if you are using steam on your PC I would advise to get the protection plan, xbox controllers can stop working for no reason (according to some reddit posts) or stick drift and this one is no exception something that has not happened till this day with my ps4 ps5 and switch controllers on my pc, mines has not had issues so far, but I can say by far its the best controller I own

This is the second elite controller i have purchased and it is great. I dont know how long a controller should go before getting stick drift but the first one i bought lasted less than a year before drifting became a real issue. Thankfully i have protection on this one in case the problem arries again.

This is the only controller I use. The weight feels nice in your hands while playing. However, I recommend getting the extended warranty on this. I had to send mine in for a replacement under warranty because the LB button was not responsive, which is a known issue. I received my replacement quickly, with no out-of-pocket costs, and the new one works perfectly. I also like that this controller can be used for other things, like adjusting the volume on my tv.

The down directional button doesnt work properly. I will habe to send it in to be repaired. This isn't really Besy Buy's fault. It is Microsofts fault though. Where is the QA testing durijg manufacturing?!?

Quick trigger options as well, I was able to give off shots quicker then normal in FPS games.

Theres alot of negative stigma around this controller. But out of the box, absolutely no issues. Its the Cadillac of controllers. Its feels great, the sticks snap right back to the middle and best of all no stick drift. I definitely recommend the geek squad coverage because if something does go wrong in the next two tears, they can replace it with a new one. No regrats. And use the case to keep it clean, that the biggest maker of stick drift.

Solid controller nice features Customization is nice to get the right feel depending on the game you are playing

Great price, however paddles in the back will wear/tear after awhile and a paddle might become a little loose. maybe 6 months in for a casual player. Doesn't affect gameplay too much but annoying sometimes. Also my left thumbstick keeps coming loose sometimes but that doesnt affect gameplay, just annoying.

The paddles are a game changer, and overall the controller feels great!
