Food? earwax? This was such a waste of my time. Going to the store, waiting to pick up the order, inspecting it, then having to immediately do a return, which took 15 minutes because the pickup had to "process in the system." It took two employees to figure out which buttons to press to undo everything. They suggested I just leave as it would "take a while" and I should just leave my $80 in limbo. I guess there's a reason it was so cheap...literally disgusting, and the employee at least offered me hand sanitizer after I handed this disgusting thing back across the counter. This will be my last "open box" experience with Best Buy.

The controller allows me to customize the buttons for each type of game I play and it makes all the difference. It feels and looks second to none. I will never go back to a regular Xbox controller EVER!
