Battery life in it is excellent and I love how it feels. Had drift in the right stick for a while but haven't experienced it in some time. It's comfortable to use and I plan to be using it for a long time.

It’s a great controller but overpriced. I also didn’t need/use all its features.

Finally decided to spend the money on a fancy controller. I paired this for my PC and works great. The controller feels high quality and feels great in your hands. Also like the different button options available to customize to your liking.

Mushy face buttons, mushy trigger even with trigger stop. Quality build, solid feel but razer v3 pro and even the wires tournament edition are leagues above if you want mouse click, instant response on all triggers.

Ive been using elite controlles since the first edition. I play primalrily fps titles as well as Smite competitively. Other than the weight of the elite controllers, ive enjoyes them. They're comfortable and versatile. Paddle options and custimization are very good and the overall quality of the build is pretty good. Had it not been for me dropping my controllers fairly regularly, i wouldn't have to replace them. Overall, very good contriller.

Overall I like the controller. It has a heftiness to it that I find comforting, and the textured rubber grips are nice. My only issue is that it has slots to put paddles on the back for more controls/buttons on the controller but it doesn’t come with the paddles like the original elite controller did.

Good improvements over the first version

All I can say is they improved an already great controller. Battery life is way better than the first version and I like the improved grips your palms rest on. And for those upset that you can't change the batteries, I feel its now a mute point. They have a very long a generous USB-C charging cable and the controller has no issues being used while charging (unlike some that can tend to drop the signal when this occurs). The only odd thing both a friend and I have noticed (we purchased at the same time) is that the Xbox button can be a bit off when pressing to turn on/off and other functions. It seems the click point is not as centered as the pervious version and is s bit more toward the right bottom of the circle.

Love these controllers, I have 4 of them because I like the weight and feel; use one each for ROG Ally X, Gaming PC and XBox Series X with a spare in case one dies and I don’t want to game tethered or wait for recharge.

I really like the design and feel of the controller. The extra paddles on the bottom are very helpful on games that allow for button customization. My biggest disappointment with the controller is that some buttons become sticky over time where they fail to register in-game. Also, thumbstick drifting becomes an issue over time. I have had to replace this controller already for this issue. Paying $180 for a controller that fails only after a few months of use is VERY disappointing.

Great option for replacing Elite Series II

Great replacement for the Elite Series II. With the known wear out of the Elite Series parts, this is a great option to replace just the controller. If you’re a first time buyer, highly recommend finding replacement accessories off Amazon. Allows ESII users to replace their controller for more affordable price.

I bought this controller wanting to use the paddles in the back, but the controller offers way more. The durability of this controller compared to the regular ones is a good enough reason to buy this! It feels sturdy and nice while playing and you also have the ability to alter your button mapping. This can also be used with other systems, not just the Xbox.

The elite series 2 controller is an excellent upgrade from the standard Xbox controller. The addition of the paddles on the back help to make FPS games like Call of Duty flow easier when you do not have to move your thumb off the analog sticks to reload. The variety of accessories that can be bought for this Core edition makes it an easy buy.

Wouldnt buy one of these again. Didnt like the position of the rear paddles and how far they stuck out. The controller also got stick drift super fast, still in the return window. I was lazy and dumb and didnt return it. I ended up sticking with it in hopes I would get used to it. I ended up giving up on it and buying a Scuf controller. Scuf controller rear button placement is so much better in my opinion. I could not get used to playing with the 4 huge paddles on the back of this controller.
