Ive seriously have gone through 10 of these since they came out. I wont usr any other controller. They are definitely worth the money. 100's of hours of gaming. I even bought one just for the xbox and one for the computer

Great controller love it especially on Black Ops 6

I play roughly 10-12 hours a week. It’s the simply the best. Buy the protection plan! one of the buttons will eventually go bad, I have used both versions of the elite controller and after an extremely slow/painful exchange that took almost two months to return to me I’m working order. I had geek squad on the second elite controller and could not feel more justified in a purchase. Stopped into a store, person helping me went and grabbed a new one off the shelf and I was out the door before my appt was scheduled to start. The controller quality is unmatched but hinders the durability, buy the 2-3 year protection plan.

Awesome controller, my son loves it and it works well for his gaming.

Great controller but poorly made only reason to buy this controller would be woth a solid warranty like the total tech from best buy to where you can swap it out when need be. The sticks drift within 2 months the buttons get stuck without have sticky stuff on your fingers.

Saw this controller online and I had to get it because it looks really good and I've heard some good reviews on it. Best Buy Customer Service was amazing. When I arrived everyone was friendly and as soon as I requested my Item they went to go get it fast for. Overall I haven't had any issues and it works well no problems. Product feels good when holding.

Bought on a discount very useful and still havent had any problems also couldn’t find a better price than best buy

Absolutely love it feels great works great. I think it may even feel better than the black elite 2. And i opened each box days apart

People tend to complain about stick drift. Had mine for over a year now and no issue. You can tweak the tightness and settings to your liking.

Love this controller and all the customizations you can do. Feels comfortable and solid in the hands. The price may scare you away but I feel it was worth every penny

Buttons like to randomly break....good until that point

Replaced multiple of these controllers that all exhibited some level of stick drift brand new from the factory. Microsoft elite controllers are known to have looser manufacturing tolerances versus their standard controllers. You can find many examples online of people saying their controller exhibited the same behavior. If the stick drift doesn’t bother you, it is otherwise a great controller.

Love the weight and overall feel of how hefty it is, pressing buttons feel like you are actually pressing buttons. But, after a while the same clicking starting to feel like they needed more pressure ESPECIALLY the right bumper, both bumpers and B button going out rather quickly for it’s expensive price tag.

This controller is legit! For the price point you can’t beat it. It’s smooth and has magnetic thumb pads to customize it to your liking. I’ll definitely buy another one!

Best controller i have used to bust the managers butt on cod warzone.

Good for the money as i purchased used. Works and i put it through its workout. Battery lasts 45 hrs easy

I tried to upload a picture of my controller along with the grips I bought separately! THIS IS THE BEST CONTROLLER IN THE PAST 6 years of streaming and gaming that I have found. I will never go back. Talk about a disadvantage when it comes to you against other players! They better watch out. My k.d has gone up immensely and has made the experience of Xbox fun again for me. Thanks guys!!
