I was actually lucky enough to find one of these on a geek refurb price. It wasn't scuffed, the box was as new looks, everything was there. So I have my second one... The first one, I'm actually looking to Dr. because how ever I hold the handles, I somehow squeeze and put too much pressure. So I, literally over time crushed some of the holding brackets. didn't know I could do that. But it doesn't matter, I'm getting some faceplates and going to try to make an Gold on Gold Elite controller. GoldFinger!!!

Great control, easy to set up n use, like the feel of it.

Love these controllers but despise the fact that the common issues have still not been addressed. Left bumper has failed me on 4 of these controllers. Battery life is excellent, weight is great, paddles and customizability is fantastic. Just the freaking bumpers that always seem to crap out. Oh and stick drift has always been a problem. Given the price and the fact that pretty much everything else about it is solid, I would expect the bumpers to hold up better.

I play roughly 10-12 hours a week. It’s the simply the best. Buy the protection plan! one of the buttons will eventually go bad, I have used both versions of the elite controller and after an extremely slow/painful exchange that took almost two months to return to me I’m working order. I had geek squad on the second elite controller and could not feel more justified in a purchase. Stopped into a store, person helping me went and grabbed a new one off the shelf and I was out the door before my appt was scheduled to start. The controller quality is unmatched but hinders the durability, buy the 2-3 year protection plan.

Works great. You have lots of options. You can make the directional stick tight or loose. Same thing with the buttons.

Top Tier Gaming Controller, solid build. Does the job. They don’t make the regular ones like this anymore. Worth the extra bucks for a more solid build and accurate aiming.

Got an Elite Wireless Controller because my standard XBOX Series X took a dive on a Joystick. My friends use these and I can see why. My scores immediately improved and I could program the paddle shifters below for what I wanted. The only downside is that you can have 3 different "Button Layouts" and there is a button to Toggle through them. During a game if you get "crazy fingers" and tap the "button profile select button, prepare to crash, die, respawn somewhere else because YOU told it to. Solidly built and take death grips on the horns and hard pressed on joysticks quite well. It holds" zero" joystick center very well.

The controller has been rock steady for almost a year now and still performs flawlessly. It was easy to set up on the PC and has never had issues with connecting, or disconecting during gaming with the bluetooth connection. The battery life is very good as well, this will go several weeks without needing to charge for daily gaming. Highly recommend this product to anyone.

I didn't expect much difference from the Xbox One controller I've been using for my PC setup, but going through so many AA batteries made me consider this one. Not only is it rechargable, but the 4 buttons on the bottom are life changing for gaming. If I had this when I was playing Elden Ring, it would have made a WORLD of difference. Not having to take your thumbs off of the movement and camera sticks is incredibly useful. TLDR : GET IT!

Had this controller for years now and it doesn’t disappoint. The grips on the side are great, the button are smooth and good. I like it lot

So far, so good. The quality of the grips is nice and the triggers feel great, I like the adjustability.

This controller gives you the best experience with the xbox. If your getting a new gen system, this is a must purchase.

There's a lot of reviews out there discrediting this controller as being unreliable or easily damaged. I've had it for four months now and play almost every day and have had zero issues. I did, however, purchase the replacement plan to cover myself in case there are some issues down the road, but everything's good so far. Feels premium and built in battery and charging dock are super convenient.
