Its a great controller, but not much different than the Elite 1... I'm so glad I waited to upgrade until my E1 grips fell off...

Love the custimization options but the official microsoft app that goes along with it needs a little work. Also my left thumb stick constantly unscrews itself for some reason. Other thing is i have maybe slightly above average hand size but certainly not huge. Yet when you get some paddles and install those they constantly get in the way of your grip. Even without them the controller feels small. I will need to buy a grip sleeve or something. Other than those 3 things i dont have any problems with the controller itself. I would say overall 2 of my complaints like the app and grips are just personal issues that might be because of my own preference. The 3rd which is the left thumb stick unscrewint itself and feeling like it gets stuck sometimes i would say is manufacturer error or something.

This controller is the best. its durable and the extra programable paddles gives u those extra seconds in the game u need to be the best.

It is the best Controller I purchased easy to set up it’s pretty durable you can change things out to customize it it’s a great controller

Best Xbox controller I’ve ever had. I normally only use one paddle to remap L1 but you can have 3 additional presets.

The device was not functioning by any means the whole left side was dead. But that’s to Best Buy I got my money back the next day great service but hope that the open box stuff gets tested better and actually deemed fit for resell

Great product feels great and has 3 customizable loadouts. Internally it's not great I dropped it once and it broke.

A little heavy but the buttons give me zero issues. No stick drift after a year and I usually destroy my controllers after a couple months

Great controller with excellent features. Only problem, is the issues these controllers tend to develop. Personally, I have gone through at least half a dozen of these controllers since they debuted. Stick drift is a gaurentee. Pretty smooth out of the box, but eventually, they'll break in and its not pretty. Bumpers usually are the next to fail. Haven't had issues with the series 2, as far as rubber grips peeling off. Microsoft has been aware of these issues for quite some time. Doesn't seem like they care, even with the looming class-action lawsuit over these contollers. For the price point, I wouldn't say these are worth it. Only reason i bought another one over the Turtle Beach Stealth, is the elite can still accomadate for the M80 mixamp for Astro A40's. For a little extra $, get something with Hall-effect sticks. They dont break as easy.

Excellent buy best controller ever I've had several of Xbox controllers that drift but this one hasn't.

Love the elite controllers. These are the only controllers I will use while playing Xbox. Once you get accustomed to them, they are all you will use.

Feels good. I like the weight and the haptics but the stick drift drives me crazy. Brand new and even when customizing the controller through the Xbox it recognizes out of the box there is stick drift.

This controller is outstanding the best I ever bought it weighs perfectly and it so easy to charge it literally last two weeks per charge worth the price

Bought for my boyfriend for Christmas. Found it in an open box and got lucky. Works well. Uses it every day for hours. Holds charge well.

The overall build of the controller is very nice. The added paddles are not my thing and I end up hitting them on accident more than not due to the size of my hands. Bluetooth doesn’t work for sht in windows 10. Drops connection every couple of seconds which is why the low score. Had to get an Xbox wifi adapter to fix the issue. For the price I should have to do that.

Although we had to return this (button input was lagging on the PC), it feels very good in hand. We also have an PS5 elite controller and using this one in comparison, it's a little heavier but still has amazing grip and the satisfying buttons. Connecting to PC via cord or Bluetooth was easy.

So good in some ways, a let down in others. The Bad. The Bluetooth is not usable on my Windows 10 gaming pc. It seems okay and latency isn't an issue from what I can tell, but about every 5 minutes you'll lose control for a good 6-7 seconds. Maybe this could be fixed with a software update, but both my controller and the Bluetooth drivers on my computer are up to date. The wireless USB module took care of this. Just sucks always having one more USB drive being used. My A button stuck down for a brief moment twice. I'm hoping this doesn't get worse. The Good The case with the charger built in is a nice touch. The USB cable that comes with it is awesome. Feels very good in the hand. Has a dense solid feel, very quality build to it. The grips are much improved over the V1 Elite controller, which I've used for the last 3 years, that reduce sweating in the palms greatly. The new triggers are fantastic. The old, large ones are terrible by comparison on the last gen. The tension screws on the joysticks, wow! What a feature. I love that! Tool included and takes seconds to adjust. I now have my right stick on max resistance and I can aim so much better than before. Overall, I like the controller. The biggest concern is the sticky buttons at this point. If it continues I'll be replacing it with another one and if that one fails I'll wait until the 3rd generation. The first generation is still working well enough to get me by.
