A great controller but sadly, the left stick still drift badly like the last version. Won't be buying this anymore. Wasted too much money on these useless builds.

Was suppose to be in excellent condition and was not front rubber grip is peeling not all the correct pieces in the box it has the wrong joystick attachments in the box has double of one and one and because of that missing the short concave joystick

Overall controller feels good in the hands. At first you will think the build quality is 10x better than the regular $50 controllers, but make no mistake, these controllers have a big problem. Look up the LB RB buttons becoming unresponsive. My controller has this happen along with a lot of other people, one of the biggest downfalls.

It was hard for me to get used to but probably works for others

Loved all the features of this controller but 13 months after I purchased it the rubber started peeling from it. I also use this for my PC and use mouse and keyboard for some games so I'm not an extreme user.

This product has so many problems. I purchased this controller a couple months ago and the grips are already swelling, ive had to replace it, and the internals constantly bug out, making the controller unusable until I take it apart and repair it. DO NOT BUY, the regular controllers are a much better way to go.

Almost had this controller a year, and the good it feels amazing, the texture, the perfect weight, perfect, the looks, just beautiful… The bad The bumpers are responsive 50% of the time, and it feels like there’s random hesitation after every few clicks of any of the buttons… google says that has been a pretty common issue

I’ve had it about three weeks and the thump sticks are showing wear and tear , and I don’t even play an hour a day and not every day.

Great controller, only issue is the sticks lagging and the hair trigger wearing out

Horrible design it’s bulky and the buttons slide right off your fingers. I made plenty of mistakes with this controller and honestly, I’ll be better with the normal one. I recommend to not buy. It needs a lot of help… also with the little pieces, the joysticks in the box came horrible. Save your money. It made me so

This open box item is no where near the excellent condition listed on the website. Actually considered keeping but the Xbox warranty expired 4 months before my purchase. Returning as open box junk.

Had the controller for 18 months and now the left joystick is completely broken. Had to switch back to my original Xbox controller that’s been working for 10 years. Never should have bought this. Controller is ergonomically perfect and the build quality FEELS great, but I should have listened to all the reviews saying that it WILL break down after 1 year.

controller came with no drop marks but the left joystick has serious stick drift and vertical sensor is also faulty causing me to not be able to move forward in games without pressing the joystick in and the condition displayed of the controller was not this

You can tell this would be a good controller if it didnt have so many hardware issues unfortunately im returning mine. If you play fortnite just get the power A pro controller this isnt worth it. Got a new controller out the box with a faulty B button.

Don't purchase Microsoft items anymore. Never worth the money. I spend $190 only for it to start falling apart after 2 years. The rubber is coming off and it already expanded so I cannot re-glue it back on which I should not have to do for an item this expensive anyway.

Must have for FPS. I only use 2 of the back paddles but they're game changers. No batteries ever, charging station included.

I dont understand why poeple still like the batteries, I end up just buying rechargeable packs anyways. But, with this I can just leave it in the charger and its always ready to go. Only issues i had was the set up process on PC.

I bought this controller open box twice and the condition was said to be “Excellent” for but honestly both were super bad and dirty. Also had a really horrible stick drift. Whoever is evaluating this open box items should be ashamed.

For a $200 controller it is not premium the side rubber comes off after couple onths of use I also have many friends with same issue. I tried crazy gluing it and it made it worst. This remote is not meant to last.

Decent controller. Stick drift was an issue from day one. It’s been close to a year and it’s unusable with precision gaming. Wish I would have bought the extended warranty. Do better Microsoft.
