I really like the advanced configuration options with the extra buttons and the ability to customize them.

I think Microsoft went above and beyond with this controller. It’s super comfortable to hold, it’s a good weight and the mapping is immaculate. I love the paddles and the interchangeable joysticks. If you want to invest money into another controller, make it this one.

Sucks that Microsoft still makes you purchase battery paks for controllers. This is where they fall short in the console wars. However, this was an impulse buy, dang it microsoft. But it is a very good controller. It feels premium and it comes with a charge base. All controllers should be double a battery free at this point. But still, all in all, its worth it.

Works great ans arrived as scheduled. The delivery uodates were accurate as well

Best controller out there bought this for call of duty games absolutely love it and would recommend if your a gamer this is my 3rd controller I bought for myself and my boys worth it

Good controller just mad first one I got had stick drift and trigger problem

I love the feel of this controller, but unfortunately the A button sticks pretty bad. I looked up to see if this was a common issue and it seems to be that way. If they could fix this issue, it woukd he the best controller on tbe market.

Love my Elite 2. I've tried other pro level controllers but went back to the Elite 2. Love its weight and how customizable it is. Be sure to get the warranty though, they're not fragile but their lifespan is notoriously bad. Ive gone through 2 but thanks to the warranty replacing them was a breeze.

I feel like these should be cheaper, but straight up - once you've played with an Elite controller, you can't go back to a regular one. Fair warning - I'm on my 3rd one, you get right about 2 years out of it with moderate use.

I bought this controller like a year ago and it still works perfectly till today with zero issue. I really like it.

This is an excellent controller. I like how customizable the controller is along with I like that you can change the color of the button. I also appreciate that it’s wireless and the overall feel of the controller. Overall, excellent purchase and addition to my Series X.

I’ve had 2 scuff controllers and I feel like the Xbox series controller is a better pick hands down, you get the same customizable controls if not better. Also it’s for a better price

I have hear all the negativity concerning this controller which made me very hesitant to purchase. I've had it now for just over a month and all I can say is so far so good. It feels great in the hands and the buttons/paddles are super sensitive which I love. I cant speak for all who purchased this controller but I've had zero problems. Because of all the bad reviews I did purchase the warranty to go with it so I have that extra security. All in all I would highly recommend.

I love the Elite controllers. This is my 3rd in a matter of years and Microsoft kinda needs to look into some of the ongoing issues, but this is one of the best controllers out there.

Purchased an open box controller and very happy with it. Only gripe i have is the charging case doesnt work as well as i would like but its not an issue i would remove a star over. Charges great through the controller and all the different sticks and d pad are easy to swap out and use.

Bought this as a bday gift to myself. Bestbuy costumer service was amazing. Would not go back to regular controllers.

This is now one of my favorite controllers ever. I love the build quality, the customization, the look and feel of the controller, and just everything else this controller has to offer. Paired with the Xbox accessories app it makes gaming so much more comfortable
