I was looking to take my gaming to a higher level with some of the new FPS titles that had come out ie: Apex Legends / COD and I wanted the ability to preset and learn to keep my fingers on the buttons to mitigate the time I spent unable to complete important actions like aiming or reloading. The grips on this controller are amazing and the ability to swap out parts so easily is a huge plus. I've used this daily since I bought it and have seen little to no wear or lag in the aiming dead zone.

I’ve used a lot of different controllers. The elite 1 was great, but the elite 2 is definitely better. The different analog sticks are very convenient and comfortable. Grips nice on the controller. The in game settings that you can adjust are phenomenal and helped tremendously in games.

I use this controller for pc gaming and this thing is sweet. Controls are tight without drifting off. Different ways to customize the triggers to get quicker response. Would definitely recommend.

A little difficult to get used to at first as you get accustomed to the paddles on the back, took me about a week or so but when you do, it's worth it. Now I dont have to let go of the right thumbstick to press the front faced buttons which puts you in an advantage. Controller feels great in your hands with the rubberized grips. You can easily customize between different paddles and thumbsticks. You can customize how far you want to press the triggers. Overall great controller and worth the price!!

Great product but thumb sticks will end up with stick drift and bumper buttons might break over time

I have now had 4 pro controllers and each one has a peice that stops working after 2-3 months of gaming. The first 2 were the original elite series and the second 2 were the elite series 2. Each controller has had a button stop working and to make things worse they’re different buttons EVERY TIME. DO NOT buy without a protection plan I made that mistake on the first 2.

My kids liked that they could adjust things to what they wanted it to be. They were disappointed it is only rechargeable because they don’t want it to die in the middle of a game. We will see what happens.

Compared to any pther Xbox one X or series X controller. The additional grip and mappable buttonsnin single player as well as multiplayer games is just an incredible feature. Great build quality, customizable, definitely worth getting when on sale

Incredible control with many customization modes and good response in games

This is an amazing controller. All the buttons and triggers and extremely responsive and it feels just right in your hands. It is slightly heavier than your regular controller but not too heavy that it becomes uncomfortable to use. The customization options are excellent but I personally don't need them. Perhaps if you game professionally it might be of use. You can also remove the buttons at the back, which I did since they are not needed for my casual gaming. All in all, awesome controller.

Bluetooth connection is not reliable. Controller is great while corded.

The controller itself and what it does is good and thankfully after using it for sometime the rubber grips didn't fall off and no joystick drift issues. My only issue is that I'm now on my second replacement since the rubber sliders for the triggers on the back keep falling off. Might try to use glue to put it in place but at the same time I don't want to ruin the controllers feel and make it ugly.

The controller is great, I like the options it provides as well as being able to change the tightness of the joysticks, plays well with mobile gaming as well over all a great choice for both console and mobile use
