Cheap parts used and over priced bumpers break Everytime no matter what and can't even be replaced easily analogs always get drift eventually to a point where you have to replace just simply not worth it I've had at least 6 of them so lesson learned hard

Brought this for a teen-ager as a gift. No complaints so I can't complain. It works.

Purchased this for my son’s birthday while it was on sale before christmas. his birthday is the second week of January, and the controller was nicely priced at around $104 or something like that. The controller worked great, out of the box, but come back a week later and it is dead. No biggie, but long story short, after trying to charge it for a few days, still not working, so go to take it back and was denied by Best Buy. They said I should have purchased the $50 extended warranty or some such. Disappointed to say the least. Wont be purchasing from Best Buy again. That same day, purchased new washer (not from BB though)…

A must if you want to do more precise gaming" specially with shooter games like warezone. This is a "CORE" controller so it won't come with any extras like bumpers or paddles, etc. Its basicall just the controller

Awesome, sleek controller. Has a nice weight to it. The buttons on the back are really convenient for fast-paced gameplay and has an ergonomic design. Love that it is rechargeable, I can go about a week between charges. My only issue is that the 'A' button has already started acting up, only about a month into my use.

Good controller, bumpers will wear out. Thumb stick tension adjustability is nice.

Awesome controller with extra paddle buttons on the bottom for advanced gameplay.

Good controller but didn’t last long. My son gets a lot of wear and tear on controllers but I was hoping this higher end one would be more durable

One thing to consider about this product is that the thumb sticks will wear out over time after each use, resulting in a common issue in controllers called "stick drift" which is currently inevitable. Microsoft has yet to manufacture perfect thumb sticks that will not cause this issue. Other than that, everything else about this controller is perfect.

extremely good controller I love the elite controllers the Microsoft has made but these new ones are mind blowing. I wish they came with a case like my black elite series 2 but that’s not that big of a difference still get a great controller built to last with a great battery

Would recommend for competitive gamers, for casuals who are just looking for a controller I’ll say this is expensive for your needs. Crazy helpful in certain games where you don’t want to constantly take your thumb off the analog stick. Great customization options like response curves, trigger and analog deadzones, trigger locks, analog tension and you can set custom profiles for specific games.

After using this controller for only a short time, I have only good things to say about it. Although a bit on the high side of price for a controller. The build quality, performance, and all around appearance is outstanding and well worth the money. I would definitely recommend this for any Xbox users and PC users who play on controller, a HUGE improvement over any other controller on the market.

Pros: Swappable joysticks plus a tall boi Metal D-pad Grips Bumper buttons have nice indents on them so you can hit them while holding the trigger Case Connects properly over BT to PC reliably and consistently Cons: 2x cost of a regular controller Paddles are meh We'll see how these hold up to long term use since that doesn't seem to be a strong point of Xbox controllers recently

this is just sweet! very high end controller compared to the basic one or even the Elite from a few years ago. I love the grip and handle. the charger is well designed. it has four extra paddles in the back which I am sure someone knows how to program, but right now are preset.

This is the best controller I’ve ever used! I own the first edition of this controller also, but this one is much better. Feels better ergonomically, I love the rubber grips that wrap around the handles. The triggers also have a texture to them which is nice. My favorite feature is the internal rechargeable battery - lasts 40 hours on one charge...phenomenal! It’s certainly spendy, but worth it in my opinion. It will also work with next gen consoles

The controller has felt great and worked flawlessly on PC and Xbox. only thing i recommend is to switch out the back paddles from scuf as they feel wider and give the paddles a better feel. (they are compatible BTW)

So far, this seems like MS took the shortfalls of the Series 1 controller and addressed each one. This fits my hand better, has more personalization, and is rechargeable. I am concerned that the battery is not replaceable, not only for longevity, but on those long gaming sessions. Time will tell if the battery will outlast my ability to game for extended hours. Bought the extended warranty just in case this has similar problems with the bumper buttons or joystick drift over time.
