I love this controller, I was going to create my own with the Xbox website yet this one matched what I wanted, I got it for a deal too, what a steal

I got this controller for my husband. He loves xbox and he loves this controller. Its easy to use. It comes with additional button depending on the types of moves you want to do. It comes with a nice carrying case that you can charge your contoller while its inside.

I have been putting off getting this controller because of the price but its literally a game changer i have tweaked it just right to what feels perfect to me will never use a regular controller again

Confortable grips and durable. Like enough to buy a second one.

The items wasn't new even tho that's what it was sold to me as. Definitely refurbished. Settings for back paddles already had presets installed and the xbox light was dim. Also had brown dust on the grips and had brown/orange crush all by the charger port. Luckily they allowed me to return and get another one. Which is the other one I'm going to leave a review for after this one. If new great product, sold as refurbished should be ok. But a refurbished shouldn't be sold as new, very suspicious in my opinion.

Mad at myself for not getting a new controller sooner. Stick drift is gone! (still suck at the game but it's user not the hardware)

Wow! My friends have been talking about the Elite controllers for a while and I always doubted them. I have had a number of SCUF and AIM controllers, and none of them compete with the Elite. The weight of it, the overall feel, the customizing of it, and extras it comes with are worth the price. I’ll never get another SCUF again (plus their quality is crap now).

Overall, I am enjoying this controller. My only problem with it is that the paddles don't give me a steady stream of shots in my games. Even when I hold the paddles all the way down, it still has a significant stutter effect when I'm shooting my weapons in The Division 2.

Hands down the best controller I’ve used. Easy to set up and customize.

Great controller but after a few years of playing there is some stick drift sometimes but besides that I love it. Super comfortable.

Good battery life. Paddles work great for games you need more controls for.

Bought this as a gift for my husband. You should get the Geek Squad protection with it. With the way my guy plays, I have a feeling we’ll need it one day. Love the replacement buttons and the fact that you can leave it in the case to charge wirelessly. No more buying those rechargeable batteries! My husband loved it

Amazing controller great software but will take long time to get used to for your hand from using a normal controller. Also make sure to check all the buttons work and there’s no stick drift these controllers have a bad history of it right out the box.

I had the elite series 1 for 2 years and then it broke. Used it almost everyday and was great. When these came out i was on the dence about getting them since they are so expensive and the old one broke. But once i startes using it again i have no regrets. It does help alot woth shooters adding the short trigger and just the weight and grip feel nice. 100% recommend if price is not an issue

Great controller with a very premium feel to it. I’ve had it for awhile now and still works like new with no wear or tear. Best controller on the market

Love not wasting batteries to play games and good quality

Love it and hate it. Physically it's incredible looking and feeling -- just what you would want out of a $200 controller. Would give 5 stars, except that out of the box my A button was less responsive than X Y B, and my right trigger developed a crunching / squeaking noise... which is not cool for a $200 controller. Bestbuy product page states you are buying a Model:FST-00008 version of the controller, and yet I received a Model:FST-00001. So... not sure why that was either, and thus I have to give 3 stars. If you can get one without any issues, or you don't care about the issues I mentioned, then don't hesitate on buying one. Product received via shipping on January 30th, 2021.
