This controller is great for the longest time I swore I’d never spend this much on a controller…it’s worth it! It feels amazing in the hands-very textured and has a great weight!

I love it blue is my favorite color and I have a series x and it goes well with it!!

Its a great purchase, the controller has a great grip and the buttons feels so smooth. It really gives you a better game experience. Im already thinking of buying a 2nd one for sure.

Best controller every minus the bumpers going out within a year if you use it everyday for multiple hours, however the warranty is fantastic!

Bought it new from Bestbuy, mine was scuffed up. It’s quite disappointing that a controller at this cost isn’t perfect upon unboxing. It did feel nice in my hands, that’s why I gave it 2 stars instead of 1. But disappointed how it looks. Nothing special about spending 3x the cost of a normal controller, unless you’re a sweaty gamer that needs the paddles, but even then better options are available.

This is my 3rd defective controller. My first one lasted 5 months and the right trigger started grinding and not pressing correctly, I had that one sent to microsoft since I purchased my first one through them, and am waiting for it to be fixed. I just bought another one through best buy, and when I recieved it in the mail, the controller sounded like it had broken bits of plastic inside moving around, So today it was exchanged but they only had red, so I had to pay 11+ dollars extra for the difference just to get an exchange. Geek squad checked the new controller to confirm it was a good one without problems. When I tried it at home the joysticks sound like there is sticky residue inside them, and when I press down on the joysticks and rotate them, they get stopped in rotation by some internal defect that doesn't allow them to rotate as they should, and when I use the left one and aim to the bottom left side and try to click in, it simply will not press in. These controllers are plagued with defects right out of the box, with zero quality control what so ever, and even geek squad missed this defect and said it was a good controller. I will be returning this product plus the 2 year extended warranty I bought for it, which is needed for these controllers because they WILL break eventually if not already defective right out of the box. $130 for the white one, $140 for the colored ones. an xbox series s is 250$ This controller is half the cost of a CONSOLE, yet has the worst quality control I have ever seen at 37 years old, and gaming since I was a kid. If you get a defective controller, don't let Microsoft get away with it, return it immediatly. It is the only way Microsoft will learn that all these returns will push Microsoft to want better quality control.

The paddles are great for customizing from game to game, having three different presets you can setip any way youd like its awesome. If you’re looking for that step up in gaming, this is for you.

I absolutely love the xbox elite gen 2 controller! Probably the best controller I've ever used, easy to modify and remapping is a breeze!

Let me start with the positives. The magnetic analog sticks are extremely nice and easy to change, the trigger settings are also easy to use and a welcome feature, and the paddles are well placed and customizable. The controller feels premium in your hands as well. The problem is there is a noticeable amount of stick drift, the pads on the switches for the triggers are coming off, and the controller gets very warm in your hands making them sweat. Also the A,B,X, and Y buttons just don't register sometimes leading to multiple presses being required. For the price point these issues shouldn't be there. I would recommend getting a scuff controller if you're looking in this price range.

This controller been good so far no button delay or anything, and no analog controller drifting.

Nothing different from the Elite gen 2, however if you are looking for a different color go for it, just keep in mind this is the cheap version it does not come with the peddals, sold separately.

Its a amazing control, everything to the grips, dpad and bumpers work so well. Only issue i had was that the rubber where rb and lb bumpers are at started to peel off.

Love the elite controllers. Never had issues with them breaking. I personally like that you can configure the paddles to your liking.

My original purchase was May 15, 2020. This will be my second time returning a controller in 2 years. This one I received after using my replacement warranty July 17, 2021. I purchased a 2 year warranty each time. It’s very upsetting because every time I have to return this faulty product I also have to purchase a warranty that’s going to cost me about $59 which is ridiculous. Each time it's issues with the controls. The first time, it kept drifting during gameplay. Now with this remote it's the left thumbstick that won't respond pressing up and if it does respond, it's very delayed. This is a $180 controller. I've never had to return a $60 controller. I keep giving them more money because I know I'll need a replacement. I would not recommend this unless you want to get stuck in a loop of continuous replacements and warranty purchases of $59 which is the cost of a regular controller which will last you years. It’s definitely not a one-time purchase item. I am very disappointed by this product because when it was working, it was great but it has less than a years use. It's just not made well--at least the ones I keep getting. Maybe it's just Best Buys stock, I don't know. But this is it. Last return, no more warranty purchases for me.
