best controller i've ever had. Removeable back paddles are great and overall feel and weight of controller in your hand also feels great.

Love the dimming of the home button. Really long lasting battery. But the A X B and Y button felt unresponsive. I was soft to push them as I'm not trying to damage the buttons. I had to press unusually hard to get the buttons to work. But definitely heart breaking when your dogs get to it. :'(

This controller is amazing! I was very skeptical about spending so much money on a controller but it was well worth the money! Smooth, programmable, and works flawlessly i would recommend to anyone.

I bought this controller for my boyfriend and he loves it! The only downside to it that he wishes was different is that the controller can be chargeable and battery operated.

Worth the investment. For what comes out to the price of about 2 other controllers, it's a solid purchase.

Easy replacement plan. Good controller. Just the grips started coming apart after almost 2 years of use. Plus the right bumper was worn out.

I'm not sure if the price is worth it - but that is subjective. It's a great controller. Feels good in the hand - feels substantial. Many options to customize the feel. Battery life is great. I use with with my Windows PC without any major issues. Sometimes it disconnects but then reconnects really quickly.

It is the best controller that you can own for the Xbox. Period. It doesn't come with all the components of the Elite, but you can purchase those add-ons.

Elite series 2 is the best controller I've ever owned, and getting the protection plan from Best Buy (I have total tech now, so it's included in every purchase at no extra cost) was a no brainer!

Great controller i won't play without mine the extra buttons on the back make it a great controthat is easy to set up and use.

Unless you have an unlimited budget to throw at repairs, extended, warranties, and replacements you should not buy this controller. When you get it, everything is wonderful. It’s hefty, customizable, and has features that are almost impossible to do without after you’ve experienced them. Then, the Y button stops working after a couple of weeks, so you return it. You get a new one that works better - for two months. Then your A button doesn’t register all presses. Luckily you have your warranty, so you now are on your third one (but out an extra 40 for a new EW because you can’t trust the build quality). Things are ok for the best six months. The A button doesn’t always register soft presses, but you learn to live with it. Then the left bumper stops working. You check with MS but you are now a month out of warranty so they want to charge you 100 dollars to fix. Luck you, you have the EW from BB, and if you want another you can pay even more! Now the controller that was a luxury at 180 will bring you to 300! And there is no guarantee the next one, or the next one, or the next one will last. It’s pathetic how little support MS offers for such an expensive and supposedly high quality accessory. Just pass, because once you used paddles with Forza there is no turning away from this dumpster fire.

Only controller my fiancé will buy, so of course I always wait till a new color comes out and add it to the collection lol

Can't say enough about this controller, it's just awesome! I'm normally a PS guy, however bought a Series X and this controller is the only controller someone should use. It changed the way I game 100%. If you're concerned about the price, don't be it is worth it.

The best controller for Xbox hands down. The ease of use and modularity are amazing and things that I didn’t know I needed. I won’t be going back to a regular controller anytime soon.

I had the first Elite Controller and was excited to find out the second version was released. I love the weight on the remote and how the grips feel. The extra triggers have a good click to them and the USB C charging case is awesome! I would definitely recommend this even for just regular casual gamers and pros.

Does controller is a definite must I love the fact that I can shorten the trigger response. There is definitely a game in competitive edge when it comes to shooters.

This is a really nice controller, however you should definitely get this new with the warranty. I got one used, but after reading about some complaints of issues after a few months I decided to get a new one instead. It really helps, but takes getting used to.

Theres really wrong with this controller but i would say still get that 2 years protection plan from best buy since it does drift over time. I havent gotten that issue yet but it could drift so get that 2 years.
