I love playing my Xbox and my elite 1 started to have stock drift, so I figured I’d upgrade since it’s been a while. Got this baby in pretty fast Best Buy was great all things considered but the product came defective out the box. Now I dont know what the process is to return this now that COVID-19 is upon us, but I’ll tell you guys what was wrong out the box. The A button is non responsive a lot and it’s frustrating when I press it to no avail. The controller always disconnects from my Xbox everyday for a random moment. I love the elite controller idea but part of me thinks I should’ve went with a different company like scuff or Astro.

I bought this for my son. He says its faster and helps him in gaming so ill just take his word for it.lol

An outstanding controller with so much customization on your hand. Kinda hefty on the hands but is just an amazing controller for any game you play. Whether handicapped or a CLAW player, the complete package is here.

The controller works as intended but it keeps disconnecting with a wireless connection to my PC. I have updated the drivers and restarted the computer and it still disconnects. When I use it with the xbox it doesn't disconnect.

let's face it these really should be the standard controllers that come with the systems. It's worth every penny, and works great on the PC as well. feels good in the hand, weight is good, programable triggers.

Second Controller purchased in two years. The price being so high makes it frustrating that it didn't last longer.

Exactly what I needed. Just keep in mind this is the core remote so you will need the attachments separately.

Seems to be brand new. I love it and would definitely recommend to try out the open box items.

Controller feels far improved compared to the previous version. Battery life is great. Wireless charger offeres great convienence and the build quality feels high end.

It allows you to remap the front buttons to the paddles in the back, which suits my playing style.

If you have a normal controller your missing out. The paddles are a game changer. My only complaint is get the extra warranty. For some reason the right bumper seems to go bad alot just replace it.

Love being able to map all functions and adjust the stacks and trigger pull the built in rechargeable battery rounds it out nicely

Amazing controller, I always forget to charge my controller and this never dies. The usb c charging makes it quick and the customization is incredible. From a gaming standpoint my wife still says I still suck at COD but it’s much better in my opinion.
