First off, I love this controller. The overall build and quality is immensely better than the standard Xbox controller. And it should be, given that it is 2-3x more expensive than the standard, but you definitely get what you pay for. The sheer amount of customization is overwhelming, but is great for the serious gamer. I have noticed the RB button started to stick within the first 4 months of casual gaming, so I am very disappointed about that. My standard controllers only began to have button sticking issues after 1-2 years of use. Subtracting 2 stars because of this.

I've owned 2. Both have stopped working. Updated controllers and been on Microsoft support multiple times to trouble shoot. USB stopped recognizing the second controller. Bluetooth kept disconnecting. The recommendation was to downgrade the controller software via the Xbox console due to the windows upgrade not being compatible with their own freaking ELITE controller. I live the versatility of this controller and the way that you can map the buttons and have multiple settings on the controller for different gameplay styles with the switch of a button.

Great remote. Very sensitive and the joysticks feel great. Only complaint is that the buttons underneath the remote get pressed when handling the controller at times.

This remote is amazing the color to it is bright. Instead of the wire being black to charge it blue, which it’s a cute.

The elite 2 is the best feeling controller I have ever felt. The hair triggers are amazing and the ability to adjust the tightness of the sticks is incredible would highly recommend this controller

This controller is too perfect, from the full grip around, to the tension tighteners, and shortening the triggers is so amazing. And then to top of off, you’re able to configure up to 3 settings for 3 different games. Highly recommended.

works great. Bought it for my 13 year old son. We didn't think he needed the one we bought for my 24 year old son which was all customizable. This one works great for an amateur gamer. We just want one that lastes

You need this for just the bigger stick, hairpin triggers, and adjustable settings. And rechargable battery.

So far so good. Triggers, grips and joysticks feel great initially but time will be the real test as all these components broke on original elite controller and I went through multiple. Hoping the build quality of this series is much improved.

Open box but works like brand new, It needed to be cleaned a little buy worth saving the money on it.

After receiving the open box product which was allegedly labeled as excellent, i really enjoyed how responsive the controller was. I quickly noticed that the internal battery no longer held a charge since the controller would immediately lose power once disconnected from a charger.
