My only complaint is that it is my second one as the thumb sticks do end up having drift. The coated grips are great, in my opinion, and I like that the paddles underneath have been adjusted in length and are smaller than the original elite controller.

Worth the price, BUT 7 months in after medium use (~500 hours?) and the left bumper is becoming inconsistent. It registers a press ~75% of the time and I expect it to keep getting worse. I looked it up and this seems to be a common issue unfortunately. I would expect better longevity for the price you pay.
