Very good controller
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The first thing I noticed is the ruber grips are better designed, it appears they may have fixed the issue that the series 1 controller had with the rubber grips beginning to peel off after a few months. The extra third slot for saving custom controller configurations is nice and the back pedals are now shorter which makes it feel more comfortable in your hand. With the series one controller I always had to take those paddles out if I weren't using them because they would prevent me from gripping the controller the way that felt comfortable for me. The adjustable tensioner for the thumbsticks is nice as well, and the battery does last a decent amount of time before it has to be recharged. The only downside is the fact that the battery pack is built in and cannot be removed. Overall the quality seems to be much better and it has a USB-C charging connector which is better than the old USB-B that the series 1 controller used, which you had to be very careful when connecting the cable; it could only connect one way and made it feel like if you weren't careful you might damage the connector. So far I am very pleased with my purchase.

The best Premium and Customizable Controller
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A very premium controller with the premium experience to match. While I have a few qualms with the Xbox Accessory Software App that you would utilize the remap the controller's paddles, the controller itself played very well through the various FPS and RPG games I used it for, and I had zero issues setting it up with my computer and with Steam. Would recommend for anyone who wants to really have the most premium customizable controller experience.

Worth the money over the other controllers
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Out of the "High end" controllers, this one ranks best for functionality and ease of use. The extra bits for the button re-mapping and trigger stops, along with the joystick tensioner make a difference in game

Not sure it’s worth the price tag
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I use this for Call of Duty but it’s not much more useful to me than a standard core controller. I only use 1 paddle for jumping/climbing. The deadzones need to be set at least 0.08 for the drifting to stop (this is a major issue in games where you can’t change the deadzone values.) Having all 4 paddles on is extremly uncomfortable and you’re bound to accidentally reload or swap weapons in a gun fight. Good news is they are removable. I have already had bluetooth issues with it on PC so I keep it plugged in. The trigger locks are kind of cool especially for semi auto weapons. If you find a use for all the features comfortably, this will work for you. I will probably be returning this in January.

Attention to detail and high level customization
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So many teviews pointing at the quality of the controller and I wont reapeat it, agreed. I have been using the elite series 1 and never did i though it was missing features, it has been great and zero issue (use adapter for playin with it on ps4 and switch whick makes gaming super enjoyable in every console). Then got the elite series 2 and was floored ny how much everything was improved. One detail I want to mention is the hair triggers function. In previous elite shortening the rhow of the trigger will make it by default that the maximum balues could not be reach (full trigger pull values) without adjusting in the software customization. Not a big deal nor a problem since all it takes is a quick adjustment in the trigger tab for customization. In the elite series 2 they made it so that when changing the total pull for the trigger (three option total), each option when changed automatically adjusts the reading from the trigger so that one gets full press galues even at the shortest throw. This is incredible attention to detail becuase it was absolutely acceptable to let the user go into the setting and adjsut it, but they decided to go the extar mile and make it happen on the fly. In short, is an epic controller for an epic console (Xbox X) and the upcoming new Xbox. Once you have you wont look back and because this controllers usually last a long time you will get your moneys worth.

Would like to recommend this but...
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So I purchased the Elite Series 2 controller, last year when it first came out, I actually swapped it for my original Elite controller (I had gone through a few of those as the rubber on the back came off them easily but that's another story). I was taken aback by the fact that the controller has a built-in battery. This is good in theory but the long term ramification is that eventually, the battery won't hold a charge as long as it once did, and eventually, it won't hold a charge at all. This is problematic since you have no way of swapping the battery out as you could in any other controller. But, the reason I'm writing this review now is that I'm having an issue that so many other people are having, my Series 2 is starting to have button response issues. More specifically the right bumper is barely registering my pressing it and sometimes doesn't seem to acknowledge it at all. I have an extended warranty with Best Buy but they are unable to replace it due to the fact that they don't have anymore. They suggested that I contact Microsoft about replacing the controller, but with a mere 90-day limited warranty, that ensures that by the time most people have issues like mine, they will be well outside of the manufacturer's warranty period. It's a real shame because the controller when it works is pretty good, the weight is satisfying and when everything works it's a very responsive controller. But I can't recommend the controller knowing that it probably won't even make it a full year with standard use.

Top Xbox/PC controller hands down!
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this controller to replace my Wolverine Chroma from Razer. The idea behind the swtich was the integration of this controller and with the NOW ability to map keyboard functions to it. This is a huge win for those who PC game and console game as well. The Razer Wolverine Chroma, a good controller for sure, has no plans to support that mapping feature, which became somewhat of a dealbreaker: Overall, the feel, ease of use , and the profile functions on the controller are top notch and will be sticking with this controller for a long time.

Better than stock, not better than razer v3 pro
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Mushy face buttons, mushy trigger even with trigger stop. Quality build, solid feel but razer v3 pro and even the wires tournament edition are leagues above if you want mouse click, instant response on all triggers.

Elite of the Elites
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like these controllers alot because the battery last forever and the build quality is strong, but the best part is the customizable functions that makes Elite. Having this control much control can give you an advantage during certain games.

Top tier high-end Elite controller
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For the most part has worked exceptionally well since it was purchased. As of right now, a couple of the buttons are getting sticky like something is in them, but I've been careful about keeping it clean so I'm not sure why. Other than that, it's been a great purchase and would recommend / buy another if I need it to.

Best controller on the market
||Posted . Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I use this controller just about every day. The controller is well built and has not had any problems so far. The customization you can do to this controller with such ease is impressive and give you a whole different experience with first person shooters. I recommend this controller to anyone who wants a well built user friendly controller.

Overall Improvement over Series 1
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I used an Elite Series 1 controller for 6+ years before finally deciding to replace it just after Christmas last year. The Series 2 feels improved in ergonomics and refinement, and all functions feel more crisp in comparison to the Series 1. I've been using the Series 2 for almost nine months now, and it's showing no signs of cosmetic wear. The only minor issue I've noticed is that I have a little bit of play in the left joystick, maybe 2-3% of the overall travel. Typically this is not an issue due to there being a deadzone in most controls, however, I'm not able to get extremely precise with it. Overall, very happy with the purchase and will likely buy a Series 3 after a few more years of using this one.

Better than Scuf
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had this controller for about 3 weeks nlw with no issues at all. I have also owned at least two scuf controllers and each scuf controller had issues at least 1 week aster use. This controller sensitivity is excellent and the adjustable triggers makes it great for Call of Duty and Warzone. The back paddles uses an app to configure them how you would like and is a very easy to use. This controller quality wise is better than any scuf or console controller i have ever used. I use this for my PC and dont own an Xbox Series X or S although for PC this controller is a beast. For quality this controller beats anything out right now. I know that PS is coming out with its own controller with back paddles, but from early reports is going to be significantly more expensive than this controller. If the Elite controller ever starts experiencing issues, i may give the PS controller a try.

Best controller on the market!!!!
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have used the Original Elite and the Series 2 for years. By far the best controller on the market for me. Everything is extremely high quality, and i believe there is no comparison. Even the weighted feel, feels premium and durable. Its hard to find paddles on other controllers that are as comfortable as the Elite, especially with 4 paddle. So much customization you can do to give you every gaming advantage.

Great for fps games
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I never have to use the regular buttons. Fully mapped them to the back paddles and the two extra shoulder ones. Fits well, comfortable, battery lasts decently long. No complaints.

Best controller ever owned -- and most expensive
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After using this controller, I can't go back to a regular one! The weight, the texture, the feel is just amazing, and the paddles are great. It oozes premium quality... The interchangeable parts are very useful, but I find myself still using thumb joystick extenders. And the battery lasts SO LONG (easily all month with light use). Is it worth the INSANE price though?.... eek, probably not. This is a guilty pleasure, to be sure. There are also major build quality issues with this controller. Both sets I've owned have had issues with the 'A' button not registering unless pressed perfectly head-on. Considering that's your 'jump' button in most games, you can imagine how annoying that can be. There are lots of posts about this on the internet, and advice on how to fix it using tape/etc. Not something you expect to have to do for such a high-priced, premium piece of hardware.
