Its feels solid. The hand feel easy to use. Made a big difference in my game play. Easy to change the buttons and guide stick.

Then you would need to send off to Microsoft for repairs. Best Buy use to offer 30 days on electronics but changed it to 15 days. Sending to Microsoft is a pain, especially trying to contact support to get help with the issue. Microsoft claimed they repaired my controller only having to send it right back to them for the same power turning off issues. Microsoft is finally going to send a replacement controller to me. Amazon have a buyer beware for this controller stating that it has been frequently returned because of various issues.

Best controller ever!!! You can modify it any way you like like adjusting the triggers to tightening the joysticks .
