These "elite" controllers feel substantial, but still suffer from the same "drift" issues as the regularly priced ones. This is our third elite controller. I like the non-T-bar directional pad because it feels more versatile. However, I'm sure we will be purchasing another one soon when this one, like all the others, develops drift.

Walked into best buy returning an item that I bought and decided to look around and I knew exactly what I wanted went to the Xbox section saw the core white was in stock and luckily I was able to purchase the last one at the time and went straight back home with and I honestly love it

Amazing my husband was loving it call of duty movement was fluid

Great controller, no issues with this one. Paddles are smaller than on Series 1 Elites, so there is a small period of adjustment to get used to it but is phenomenal once you do.

Happy with the controller and helps with game play

I have been using elite controller for about 2 years now, never had any issues with it. Replaceable parts is a great thing, so you can swap sticks.

No issues yet. Pretty nice controller, some of the buttons on the back could be a little more spread out but still good.

This review is not about the controller but about the service from best buy. I purchase this controller has an open box excellent condition. My order arrived late and the controller was not in excellent condition, it had marks and scratches all over it and the RB button wasn't responding I took it to my local store to get it replace because I had bought the 2 year warranty and I called customer service and they told I could take it to my store and get it exchange. After arriving at the store they told me they can't replace the item because they dont have any open box to replace it with and they can only refund the item and the warranty only allow replace if there is an open box to replace it with and i would have to call customer service if I want a discount towards getting a new one and I have call customer service over 5 times and transfer over 10 times to be hang up on are told they're sorry there isn't they can do but refund the money.

Very easy and smooth to manipulate...this is absolutely a gadget worth every penny. Just another excellent product from Microsoft!

This was a good controller only thing missing for me was the usb c cable

Just too dang inconsistent with the quality. This is my second Elite controller and it has stick drift within a few months of moderate use and the A button was spotty out of the box. I should have returned it and just gotten a regular controller because I don’t even use the paddle/bumper whatever you call them. I only liked the rubber grips and interchangeable sticks.

The customizable button layout is awesome! Seamless connectivity to my PC and works great with my Steam and Games Pass games.

This co controller is a improvement over the first elite in every way except. It feels a bit smaller, and tends to dig into your palms a bit more.

Hreat controller. This is much better than series 1 and it feels grippy. I have no issues like others have had mine worked great
