When the series 2 was announced, I was ecstatic to be able to game with ease and with paddles, which I grew attached too. Months later, I started to experience controller drift in the left joystick, which is a horrible issue for practically every game. I hope Xbox puts better care in future products. TIP: if you buy, buy the warranty

However, the guts of the controller are the same crap as the standard, so drifting joysticks is going to happen. You'd think it could be a little better quality for that much scratch. We're on the 4th or 5th now...

What I received was delayed and shipped from "BestBuy Return Center", it was clearly not a brand new packaging and controllers were used. Not sure if it's "open box" or "refurbished" but I'm sure I paid the full price for the new ones.
