It doesnt register when pressed consistently. It works but is intermittent. Some presses register, others dont, so technically it is broken. Thank goodness for the Best Buy protection plan or id be livid!

In the last month i have notice the the right bumper is now completely unresponsive. This makes is almost impossible to play any FPS or RPG game. I am able to customize the controller to make a new button but I would rather the controller work the way it is supposed to.

Honestly, this controller was great when it was working. I've gone through a few of these and it's either the bumpers give out or the face buttons stop responding. Unless you absolutely need the paddles, I would avoid purchasing this and get a standard controller instead.
