This product peforms up to expectations. The grips are soft and comfortable while being grippy. The changeable parts are wonderful to allow adaptation for play styles and performence base bonus. Asjustable triggers allow for relax gaming to professional performence. This product comes with a charging dock to allow that you never run out of battery life. The case is super durable and quite useful giving space for the inchangable custom parts. I would recommend the product to anyone with Xbox, and PC gaming.

This controller is just amazing. I was skeptical to order based on cost but I would recommend it with ease after using it. The controller just feels much more premium and solid compared to the Original Elite. The customzations are better, the grips are better, the triggers are a pleasure. Even the Xbox Home button has been upgraded and is sturdy and not "Squishy". Within a few minutes of customizing I noticed an immediate different in my MW abilities. I didnt expect to notice any real difference, but it was there!!! The charging base is also a huge blessing. I was excited to see it was USB-C as it was the biggest thing I hated about the xbox controllers of past (micro USB is terrible), however the dock has made that moot anyway!! Also unlike the cable, putting it on the dock charges it without turning the xbox back on!

Great controller. Would give 5 stars but i jag to replace ever 7-9 months for stickdrift.

The best controller. My son will not use any other brand. Yes, he has one but it is still in the box.

Most premium feeling controller on the market but has hard time staying in tact if you’re a heavy gamer. I’d say a protection plan on this controller is almost necessary for anyone who plays more than a couple times a week.

I purchased this remote despite some of the negative reviews I’ve read about it. I’ve owned it for a little over a month now and have used it almost daily. From my experience I’d give it a 9/10. It feels really good in my hands, slightly heavier than the original Xbox remote. I like the fact that you can charge it inside of its case when it’s not being used and the case is really sleek and durable. The battery easily lasts a few days without charging. The only issue that I’ve had with it is that it has drifted 2 or 3 times so I know that it does exist now. It hasn’t happened often, and it’s not a continuous issue so far but it has happened and you immediately notice when it occurs. Besides that I do enjoy this remote and would definitely recommend it if your into shooters like COD, Apex, Halo, ex…my only suggestion would be to pay for the extended warranty.

Ive had 3 of these controllers Overall performance is solid but has a desync issue every other day, bumper buttons are the most common to break, stick drift doesnt really occur until 3-4 months of use. Durability is very good, and freedom of button layout is comp asf and very helpful for swapping games. Dont recommend using this for fights games.

I have been meaning to get this for a while, and was able to get it on sale, and I’m glad that I did. This is a nice upgrade from the original controller, and I would certainly have gotten this sooner!

It’s got a great feel to it and I like the ability to customize is nice, I had my first one for two years. It started to drift and the buttons began to not respond. Otherwise it’s great to use.

Worth every penny! This is a great design and the buttons on the back help with FPS.

This controller is supreme and it counts as a better feel for the games you are trying to play.

My son loves this controller! He was very excited to get this on Christmas! And he hasn’t broken it yet like he did his last one from constantly dropping it. He actually takes care of this one because he can tell the difference in the quality

Awesome controller the extra buttons help when playing games like COD making it to where your not lifting your fingers off the joysticks.

So much nicer than stock controller. Custom profiles are a game changer. Takes some getting used to utilizing the paddles but they come in handy in shooters and from software games (dodge roll, jump, heal). All of the materials and options are very nice to have. I recommend buying the service plan as many reports online state the controller can become faulty.

Have the best buy plan. Was able to return a couple of them. They lasts about 6 months.
