    good when it works it will break get a warrranty so its only 24 bucks to get a new one cause you are going to wanna put another warranty on a new one

    Was an open box. Xmas present. Was missing charging cable. Called for assistance and was told because open box ..cable wouldn’t be available till after January and needed to call back then. So with money I saved getting open box went to Walmart and bought a cable. Won’t buy open box again! Otherwise my son likes controller after he finally got to use it!!
