Packaging was good. Product came as described, good quality. Only issue was with delivery through FedEx. It was delivered to a different address, luckily the person walked it over to my house who accidentally received it.

I can't even think of a single negative thing to say about this controller. It's basically perfect, feels great in the hand, and has loads of unique and features. I think the three things that really make this controller a "must have" for any gamer are 1) the adjustable inputs/stick tension. Medium and high bother feel fantastic. Normal controllers don't have enough stick tension for me. Setting the triggers to half just feels right. 2) the swappable sticks. The dome top and tall stick combo do actually make a difference for competitive shooters and 3) The paddle placement is perfect. Assuming this controller holds up for a while, and the QC is in shape, I'd highly recommend.

One of the best controllers out there. I use this to game on PC and console and it works very well. The buttons are sleek and they dont get stuck like some cheaper controllers I have bought. Would definitely purchase again.

Excellent controller wether you are using it on xbox or pc. I like the trigger button set can really turn semi auto weapons to full auto on COD. Easy to sensitivities. Easy to set back buttons also.

If you are any kind of serious gamer at all, you have to get this controller for your Xbox! It’s an absolute game changer and has every feature you could need.

Its an expensive controller... I get it.... but if you're reading this, buy it. Especially if its on sale. The grips feel amazing in your hands. Adjustable triggers are awesome. The battery last for hours. The construction is high quality. You can remove the paddles if you don't like them. It works on your PC and your Xbox. When you're done playing, put it back in the case (the charger is in the case).

I have a rare bone disease in my wrist and it constantly hurts... when I play xbox with the standard controller... OMG. I completely stopped playing xbox because after 15 minutes, I wanted to cut my wrist off. THIS controller is a LIFE saver... having the triggers underneath changed my world. The fact that you can swap certain pieces out is cool too. It is easy to map and connectivity has never been an issue. Before my wrist issues, I played with a standard controller and I actually play BETTER with this one... perhaps a coincidence but I LOVE this controller. I have been using the 1st generation and will continue to until it craps out... this one is a back up that I played with for a few weeks to make sure it worked.

Great controller for pro gaming and durability Great build

Okay, so I've never had an elite style controller before, but after awkwardly attempting to multitask in games with a regular controller, i decided to bite the bullet and buy this thing. The last two controllers i had were regular and didn't last long. I've only had it for about a week but it is AMAZING. The extra controls allow me to do multiple things at once and I don't think I'll ever go back to a basic controller. This works flawlessly. It feels great in your hands, customization is a breeze, and mapping is very easy. The battery lasts a really long time, too. I fully charged it before using it and I play around 12hrs a day, and the battery life barely lost a bar after a week. I know these are notorious for having issues, but mine has none. I will only update my review if I start to have issues. I received it on 5/17/2020, so if I haven't updated with any issues, you can safely assume it's still working perfectly! Highly recommend!!

I love this controller so much! It has helped me with my aim and better accuracy, i love that you can customize this controller! I highly recommend this controller!

This is the second elite controller i have purchased and it is great. I dont know how long a controller should go before getting stick drift but the first one i bought lasted less than a year before drifting became a real issue. Thankfully i have protection on this one in case the problem arries again.

This is probably the best controller out due to the level customization you can get and the build quality involved. The carrying case has a dual function as a charger to the controller's internal rechargeable battery (which is supposedly up to 30 hours of gameplay!). I use this mainly as a Windows PC game controller (I had sold my Xbox One due to barely any usage and who is ever going get a Series X with the high demand for current gen lol). The only downside I have on PC is having to constantly re-pair the controller after using it wired in order to have an Xbox headset to communicate to teammates via Discord. Even once it's paired and then you use wired once, it's as if the pairing is automatically outdated and the controller no longer recognizes the PC through bluetooth. For the price it's a little high, but save up on those gift cards and reward certificates!

Excellent controller. Feels sturdy and satisfying in the hands. The customization options are really nice, with obvious design choices aimed at different genres of gaming. The adjustable triggers feel solid in all settings and treating them like a button is satisfying in both fps and RPGs. The case is, I'll just say it, really cool- the charge block is magnetized to the zipper pouch and it's a really aesthetic setup. Plus there's more than enough extras here to support getting a second controller in the much cheaper core series.

Fantastic product, durable, long lasting and high quality materials

The title says it all... although this was a little more than I planed on paying for a controller I do not regret the purchase one bit. The only slight complaint is that it is pretty heavy and you start to notice during longer gaming sessions. The weight speaks to the quality of the build it does not feel like a cheap piece of plastic in your hands. I use it for gaming on my PC, getting it initially configured was a breeze and I have had zero issues with reconnecting or any issues with disconnects either. Love it!

Iv'e tried just about all the top brand controllers and the Elite Series is in my opinion the best for high level gameplay. However, The life span of these controllers are very short. I have owned about 3 of these and eventually the controller will experience a manufacturer issue. Sometimes, the LB & RB buttons will give multiple inputs or not even execute the command when pressed. The same issue was experienced on all 3 controllers and not very helpful when you send them in for service and they return to have the same problem. Microsoft really needs to fix how they make these controllers and run better test to prevent these things from constantly happening. Best controller, but will probably malfunction eventually.

Feels a bit more sturdy than the previous first series

I have a total love hate relationship with this controller. I had my Elite 1 for about two years and it worked great but eventualy the Y button failed and the stick drift was so bad that I upgraded to the elite 2. I also bought one for my 9 year old at the same time, within a few weeks my bumper started failing and stick drift was immediate, It has never not drifted, luckily I play war zone so I just adjust the dead zone and it has no affect in game. Unfortunately I didn't get a warranty with that controller so i bought a second one this time from Best Buy so I could get the warranty. Ironically the one that I got the warranty for has held up great with no problems except it also has stick drift...........

Got a good deal on it, would recommend if you want the best.
