This controller is a BIG improvement over the first gen Elite Controller!! The buttons are more heavy duty and it just feels better in the hands. I've owned quite a few Elite Series Controllers and have had to replace every one on a regular basis. Either the plug would go bad and the controller wouldnt charge, or the buttons underneath would quickly get nullified and didnt click like a button should. Ghosting was a big issue on the Elite Controller as well. The Elite Series 2 Controller has real button actuation and the ghosting is negligible. Those buttons underneath the controller are so much better than before and the cord input is also a big Improvement. I would recommend this controller over any other modded controller out. I actually have 2 of these controllers, one of which I have had for going on 3 months or so how and everything still works as it should.

I had the elite v1 for a little over a year before moving to the v2. Overall, the v2 is a much higher quality controller than the v1 with only one downside when compared to the v1. The v1 used a membrane style for its button mechanisms in both the joysticks and the paddles, however the v2 uses more of a clicky button style mechanism. In the v1 the signal pulses consistently, however, in the v2, sometimes the signal stops pulsing which requires me to then reset the button by pressing it again, this behavior never happened to me when i uses the v1. That said, the membrane style in the v1 controller wore out very quickly. The v2 mechanism still feels brand new even though I’ve been playing with it daily since it was released. Finally, if i had to choose between the v1 and v2, given my post above i would still pick the v2 because of the build quality and durability.

I bought an Xbox Series X system. Really love it but the controller seemed a bit weak. The buttons were loose, the joysticks were not real tight, and no texture to the body. A friend recommended I buy the Elite Series 2. Oh my gosh!!! The buttons are way better, the joysticks can be tightened or loosened, great texture with no slippage, and extra buttons on the backs. Everything can be programmed and you can setup three different profiles. And I got it on sale!!!!

I got this as an open box item. It didnt have the box for it but I understand that. Did come with everything else which was nice. Controller is nice. The top bumpers are a little stiff but i figure the more I use it the looser they will get. Over all nice controller. A little heavy too. I would recommend it though. Def helps with movement in fps games.

I got this on sale and it has been great so far. I havent had any problems. Maybe its because I dot play shooting games or games with a lot of fast movement going on , but I'm happy with my purchase.

A little on the pricey side, especially for how old this model is, but on sale it is definitely still one of the best Xbox/PC controllers you can get. Lots of customization options, and the included charging stand is a nice added bonus. I've tried other controllers, but this one is hands down my favorite.

He is in love with this controller, so glad I got it for him. Now he never wants to use a regular controller again. I like how it comes with the hard charging case and that you can change out the buttons. Pricey but worth it in the long run.

Currently l been using this for one month and then had to use to play such as Call of Duty, Roblox, and some other because you can change the thumb sticks and also the D-Pad l think? Currently, nothing change and also I got a feeling that there will be a issue or an drift stick in a few months if l play too much like Competitive matches such as R6, Call of Duty, Overwatch, etc.

GET THE PROTECTION PLAN - DO NOT ARGUE This controller is awesome. Takes time getting used to the paddles, but once you do its a game changer. I just recently returned my old one, using the protection plan, and got a brand new one no questions asked. I have had the Elite and now Elite 2s and have used the protection plan for each. Idk how long people would expect these to last, but I can promise you they won't still work perfectly 2+ years and beyond. The ones I returned started having stick draft and the paddles were spotty after about 8-12 months. Not too severe but enough to make you think maybe it's why you died in warzone that one time. It's at That Exact Point, where you will be happy to have the protection plan / a new controller.

Controller grips need worked on the glue that holds the rubber to the back of the controller undos after a year of use

Great controller all around. Only complaint is if you have bigger hands it does feel a bit small when trying to scrunch your fingers and bit the paddles other than that. Excellent build quality

This is a must buy if you are on pc or xbox Especially trying to up youre skills while gaming. I am a content creator on youtube I absolutely love it i have no problems with this controller im geting use to it still but this takes the game to the next level Of increasing my own new skills to teach others MICROSOFT YALL DID A FANTASTIC JOB. WITH THIS CONTROLLER

Best controller I’ve used, I love that it weighs more than most other controllers, it feels very good quality and I’d buy another one if I ever needed too!

I got this and their headphones at about the same time thinking they would be easy to link and use together. Nope! Returned the headphones. I kept this because I think/hope that I can make some adjustments once I sit down and figure how to do that. Still, for my large hands the paddles are too long, as in the way, too easy to hit accidentally. They feel like a good solid build. Aside for the paddles, it seems to be a good controller. I would recommend, but with these concerns.

Controller is working great. It is configurable and adjustable in just about any way and can suit anyone’s needs and play style. I have had no stick drift issues with these and the paddles are nice and clicky.

I love this controller, at first I thought it was too much with all the extra buttons and controls but it gets very easy to use after playing with it for awhile!

amazing product, due to the fact of personal customization for each game and the interchangeable d-pads, paddles, and thumb sticks, i love the fact i can change them out when im switching games and switching my play style. i personally am a multi gamer, and i switch out my games constantly so im always changing my play styles and switching pieces on my controller. i do highly recommend this product.

Great controller my husband really likes it. He had to get used to using the back buttons but he getting the hang of it. It’s not heavy and fit hands good. The charger and case is awesome.

Great controller just love the adjustable triggers

I give this a 4. Major upgrade from my controller that came with my console. But could definitely be more comfortable in the hand.
