Best controller
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Elite controller is the best there is. Make sure to get the warranty if a heavy handed or avid gamer. Will drift after a year, when original manufacturer warranty expires. Buttons might break. It's a controller, a $200 one. Get a warranty.

was a great fan of this but still has problems
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.got plenty of use of mine and enjoyed it greatly but like the series 1 before it the price increase does not come with durability increases. will the grip issue of the series 1 seems to be 99% fixed i was/ am seeing minor expansion after this year that could become problematic if other parts like the bumpers and sticks retained their life better. *when i mention durability ive never once thrown or otherwise put nonstandard ware and tear abuse on the controller but it seems that since even the 360 era microsofts controllers just aren't made to last daily use of 5+ hours for a full year

Best controller i have used in a long time
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Over all great controller the grips make it really easy to grasp after long intense play. Trigger stops are a huge improvement over the previous version with the ability to have a 3rd more subtle option rather then default and full stop. The joystick tension is a welcomed addition as well although i wish there was a 4th adjustment setting which allowed for an even looser then stock. The controller also have phenomenal battery life. On several occasions i have gotten 4 days of use with 6 hrs of play time on and off. Other then that theres not much to say is it worth 170$ is up to you but to me its a great controller i would strongly reccomend.

Good, but buy warranty
||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The elite controller feels more solid/heavier than a standard xbox controller and has more attachments for buttons/triggers which helps in a variety of games. I do recommend getting the warranty though because I had issues with my first one not connecting correctly and disconnecting randomly. My 2nd one has fared better but the nubs on the back that switches the tension fell off within the year. Other than that the battery life is good and it charges via USB-C.

A must buy for a dedicated game
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Besides some of the rubber coming up it's been a solid controller. Probably the best one I use in my whole life. With the Xbox companion app you can map the back buttons and pretty much set up the controller how you want with customizable sticks and d-pad. I've been able to use this on my S7 tablet also

Works!
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Nice solid controller like msot of the elite series has been. Gotta be super careful never to get a drop of water on it or itll be done for. The texture on the grip isnt my favorite in the least. Used this for a couple years, but glad i got the Envsion Pro for my PC.

Great but Sticky!
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It’s a great controller, but after only a couple of days, the B button started sticking. I have mailed it in for repair to Microsoft. I will update when I get it back.

amazing controller with one issue
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This controller feels extremely high quality and the customization options on PC and Xbox are great. The only problem is that I have had bad luck with stick drift with my first controller, but I'm not sure if it's a single unit problem or a general design issue. My replacement one is currently working great

Definitely Elite
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Feels very solid. I've only used it for about an hour but the quality seems really good. Everything about it just feels like higher quality than the regular controller.

Highly Recommend!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Comes in a great case for carrying and storage. Works as intended - feels far better than the XBox One controller I was using prior to this. I am using on PC, and the paddles and adjustability of the controller makes fore a great product. Little pricey, but worth the investment if you game at all and need a solid controller.

Best competitive controller out there
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Having owned the 1st elite series controller I didn’t think this one would be that much better, but I was wrong. This controller improves almost every aspect of the Series 1. The wrap around grips are excellent. My series 1 grips started to fall off and I don’t see that being a problem on this one. I love that it’s slightly smaller than the 1st. Because of that I can actually use all 4 back paddles comfortably. The thumbsticks and triggers feel great. The controller now has a rechargeable battery built in and can be charged by placing it on the charger that’s in it’s case. Overall a great improvement and a fantastic controller. If you play call of duty, Fortnite, etc you need this controller.

Best Gaming Controller
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love the feel of the controller. Its comfortable and grips well in hand. This is the perfect controller for first-person shooter games with the additional paddles in the back, and the adjustable triggers. Utilizing the additional paddles takes a few hours to get use to, but once you do, It is hard to use any other controller. Also the addition of a carrying case, extra swappable pieces, and portable charger make this controller worth the price tag. I was skeptical at first, but glad i invested in this controller which will be my primary gaming controller for many years.

High quality, well performing controller
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Highly customizable software-based function binding. Strong battery life and it charges quickly. Nice storage/carry case if you need it. Charger stand allows you to display controller standing upright, and out of the way until needed and so you can easily grab it from the stand. Excellent build quality, controller feels solid during use and has a set of replacement thumb-paddles/sticks and D-pad. The grippy surface allows for better grip over the smooth standard plastic surface. Wireless connectivity has been excellent, not a single issue. Stupid expensive. and only a 1-yr warranty.

By the bundle not just the core
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall a great controller plus the bundle with the extra paddles and charging dock/carrying case. Well worth the price compared to just the core controller. I use mine on pc which was a simple bluetooth connection, plus programmable outputs.

Much improved from V1
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was leery to pick up another expensive controller since the v1 grips peeled on mine. It has been a few months of average use and I see much improvement. It feels great in my hand, grips are a little light but I’ve had no issues with it slipping. Battery life is good and I enjoy the new charging station. I really don’t use the back buttons all that much so I won’t speak in their function. The triggers are smooth but again not all games recognize the short trigger pulls. Overall it’s a great controller that is more of a luxury item over a need. If you have the funds, go for it. If not, you won’t miss a lot
