I had bought a refurbished series 2 originally, geek squad refurbished. It was $99 dollars, and I bought the 2 year warranty. When I went to exchange it after mine had gotten pretty run down, I was told I would need to pay $100+ to get another. They tried to up sell me a brand new one, which I did not appreciate, nor did I see anything about that when I bought it. They ended up getting me an open box one so I only had to pay like $20, but they should really be more open about the warranties. They said they “didn’t have any” geek squad refurbished ones, even though that’s the store I bought the original from. If you offer a warranty on a product, then you should be able to replace the product if you have a warranty, no more, no less than the original. It’s a great controller, probably best on the market but there have always been stuck drift and button issues over time. Most button issues can be fixed by popping it open and hitting them with some rubbing alcohol, but the stick drift is tough. Best way to avoid getting it in the first place, is DO NOT use the sticks on the tightest setting. Keep them loose, and it will last way longer.

These controllers are great, until their not. I've owned several over the last few years and they typically stay good for around 8-12 months, at that point you will most likely get stick drift and/or one of the top buttons wears out. Overall its a good controller, but they arent built to last.

Love the controller. Got a second one because I didn't buy an extended warranty on my first. I highly recommend putting the 2 year service on it. I used mine daily and it started to break down after about 8 months. By 12 months (about 8 days past warranty) the left stick got all kinds of wonky. Anywho, i had everything I needed from the previous controller. so I bought this one with 2 year service and saved a bunch of $$$.

I got this controller because the original controller that came with my series s stopped working. I was unsure at first to pick this up because of the price and I heard cases of these pro controllers drifting and not working. But a friend had one and said it was great. So I took the risk and so far this controller works fine and I love the little features it has like adhust the tension of the sticks and the trigger stops. Overall a solid controller

Great controller with precise handling and comfortable grip. I bought it to replace an older Elite controller, so I already had the compatible additional components. It was very easy to attach the additional peripherals from my older Elite controller since this is the same - just without the components included. My older controller lasted for about 3 years with heavy use, so I'm expecting this one to be pretty durable as well. Whether you need a regular, just sturdier Xbox controller of if you want to replace an older Elite controller, then this is just right. Plus, you have the option to buy the additional components/peripherals later.

I like the weight the c port recharging also no batteries are needed. I have the green recharging ones, but this was worth buying.

For what u paid for (used) it’s great! Unfortunately I was expecting to come in its original box but didn’t, which it’s still ok. It came with everything, the controller was spotless and scratch less too! But, as I expected for a used item, the left trigger had some registering problems on its lowest setting, besides that the rest of the controller works perfectly.

One the best controllers ever created, super easy to use

Solid materials but the contriller seems to get stick drift extreme fast. It also randonly loses connection a lot. Its definitely not worth full price mayne not even a sale. Consider other controllers first.

I was skeptical about paying so much for an Xbox controller, but so far, this one is proving to be superior to all of our previous buys. My Kiddos both say this controller has no drift and is much more comfortable to hold and navigate. Seems as though Microsoft could lower the price a bit, still IMO. But, for what it's worth, there really is a noticeable difference!

Xbox has the best controllers.They always have and this elite controller is a nice black-and-blue.Sleep feels good in the hands and I love it.I give it four stars

Good quality. Had no problem out of it and the customization is nice.

great controller and has a nice weight to it-perfect for pc and i would consider an 8bitdo ultimate 2 as well
