Comfortable and good ergonomics. Easy set up. Battery duration could be better. Good thing I got it on sale otherwise I would return it and it wouldn't be worth the regular price.

Every one of these controllers will have a little bit of stick dead zone. I returned one for another and still had dead movement in the sticks, I’m a stickler for stuff like that, and I guess it’s just a design flaw. HOWEVER it surprisingly doesn’t affect my gameplay in any way and I play DayZ and call of Duty a lot. Serves its purpose with the double button assignment feature and better paddles (I use lower half gen 1 elite paddles & upper half gen 2 & it’s perfect)

Love this controller. I have 2 at home and gave one as a gift. Everyone is quiet satisfied.

Great Product, only problem is very, very minor stickdrift. You will have to add a very small deadzone. This might just be my product but other than that its a good controller. Variable trigger travel is good for a lot of games. The adjustable stick tension is good for precision games too. There could also be more options for Joysticks but the ones included work fine, like if they made it so that you could buy more options it would be great. The controller is also sleek and stealthy enough for my taste.

Great product, however give 4 stars for two reasons. One being that the A button does not register if your clicking towards the bottom of it i find myself in game having to click the button mulit times to get to work and as you know in COD every milisecond counts epsecially with cheaters so ima actually change my 4 star to a 3 as it is so aggrating if it wasnt for how well everything else on it felt id already sent it back...will be sending it back reguarless to see if this problem can be fixed im not paying for defaultly equipment. Another issue i have is the program for controlling mapping for the elite. I dont need 3 profiles at once to have to click between if i just need two i should be able to turn off the defualt and any of the other three customizedable profiles i hate being in a game having to switch deafult and 3 profiles to get to what i need if my game only requires two profiles..like one for walking in an open world then another for fighting...

Best controller out there needs improvement on durability

I bought this to replace my last one which I dropped from head height onto a concrete floor. I now think my last one was faulty, because this one works much better - the buttons are smooth and the controls feel connected to my soul! If you play a lot of games on Xbox, get this - it's really worth it.

Good controllers as I don’t have the need of the more expensive controllers. Only thing I notice is the buttons and joysticks can stop working after a year or more

This is a great feeling controller. The functionality on the controller itself and also what you can do in the Xbox accessories app is nice. But if you play a lot, especially games like Fortnite that are demanding on the bumpers, they will fail in about 8 months. I've ran through 3 of these in about 16 months. ALWAYS get Geek Squad protection on these.

I got an open box in good condition controller. The only thing missing was the directional pad that you can see on most pictures. Otherwise, perfect condition, all other parts and connected fast to my Xbox.

Controller has built in rechargeable battery which uses a usb c to charge which is great. I use my laptops 65w charger for this. Fills it fast. Have switches on back to change trigger pressure required to execute button press for both triggers so you can pull far less to make something like shooting in a fps faster. Also really like option to customize button layout and easily switch between 3 profiles like this. Costly but controller is very nice.

The controller feels great and gives you a competitive advantage in FPS games. The only issue is that not longer after use, you get some stick drift and the bumpers feel like they’re going out. It’s too expensive to go out as quickly as it does.

Not for everyone. It is a great controller even for the money, but it is a different experience and for windows gaming it seems to give me a little trouble with Bluetooth compared to a standard BT Xbox controller. If you like Quality, customization, and ascetics this controller is for you.

I have been wanting a series 2 controller for some time now. So i dinally dexided ro purchase one And it has been one of the best gaming purchases i have made. Being able to adjust trigger pull along with being able to remap to the paddles have definitely been a great thing my game has improved my reaction times are better not having remove my thumb from the joystick and using a the paddle on the bottom has helped out so much. I would definitely recommend this purchase to anyone who games i also purchased the geek squad protection since it just gives me a piece of mind incase something happens ..

The right bumper broke after two months. I had a 2 year BBY warranty. The controller is sold out at the store and online. So I left best buy with a broken controller and no replacement. They would not give me my money back. I called Microsoft for their warranty. They transfered me all around an I never got to the right department. I have to schedule a visit with Microsoft and drive to one of their stores if I want anny assistance. This is my 5th Elite controller that has broken. I switched from Sony to Microsoft because of Halo. I am getting the ps5 this year not the xbox series x or whatever in 2020. I have a photo of 3 of the 5 broken controllers surrounded by working controllers attached.

Easy to find and buying was a breeze. Wanted to upgrade to a new controller and best buy had me covered! Walked in and found and was able to walk out with a brand new controller!
