Best device, works perfect I love Best Buy and can’t wait to get my next product

So good in some ways, a let down in others. The Bad. The Bluetooth is not usable on my Windows 10 gaming pc. It seems okay and latency isn't an issue from what I can tell, but about every 5 minutes you'll lose control for a good 6-7 seconds. Maybe this could be fixed with a software update, but both my controller and the Bluetooth drivers on my computer are up to date. The wireless USB module took care of this. Just sucks always having one more USB drive being used. My A button stuck down for a brief moment twice. I'm hoping this doesn't get worse. The Good The case with the charger built in is a nice touch. The USB cable that comes with it is awesome. Feels very good in the hand. Has a dense solid feel, very quality build to it. The grips are much improved over the V1 Elite controller, which I've used for the last 3 years, that reduce sweating in the palms greatly. The new triggers are fantastic. The old, large ones are terrible by comparison on the last gen. The tension screws on the joysticks, wow! What a feature. I love that! Tool included and takes seconds to adjust. I now have my right stick on max resistance and I can aim so much better than before. Overall, I like the controller. The biggest concern is the sticky buttons at this point. If it continues I'll be replacing it with another one and if that one fails I'll wait until the 3rd generation. The first generation is still working well enough to get me by.

Great Controller very comfortable. Only complaint i have is the rumble motors make a slight noise. Same thing with a series 2 core Controller i got. But after using it a while bout 20 hours ish the noise seemed to go away

MS Elite 2 Wireless Controller is off the wall good. Looks and feels fast and with the paddle shifters you really get the bang for the money.

Playing the Xbox with this controller is like riding in a Cadillac on a sunny day. The device is the steering wheel you need to get your game on. It’s customizable and responsive to touch. The controler truly “puts you in the game” and allows you to be in full contol.

Feels great. Buttons move easily which allows fast reaction time.

Grandson loves it! It charges itself, has its own case, stores neatly away and stay safe. Totally worth it.

Big improvement over the series one as far as functionality. The hair trigger is much better the fact you can tighten the joy sticks to your liking is a added plus gives you better feed back. To me it doesn’t feel as sturdy as the series one though. The bumper buttons seem a little weaker. But the control feels slimmer which again in my opinion is better. Still think it is over priced but still a great controller if you want to spend the money

The series 2 is an improvement for the most part. Paddles feel more comfortable to use and hand grips better. Love the 360 style thumb sticks Watch out for: The rubber pads on trigger locks. They might fall off and pinch you to let you know they're not there anymore. Eventually you don't notice it missing. The rubber grips vastly improved on by first controller but some times pop up from long term use. Just pop it back in and it should fix it. Get a warranty just in case :)

This purchase was for a replacement of first Elite Controller. Great great controller BUT it is definitely more fragile. One of the critical control buttons decided to not work, thus rendering this controller useless for battle. Buy the extended warranty from BestBuy on this item. At $150 for a replacement, the 2 year warranty price is really worth it. Not Best Buy’s fault that this controller broke. C’mon Microsoft. Add a cost effective warranty extension.

Been gaming for 20 yrs....had the OG xbox all the way to Xbox X using the normal controller. The controller started sticking on the trigger and buttons, and I was getting more time on competitive Destiny 2 so I said "what the heck...let's bite the bullet and see". This Elite controller is cheating. Period. By all measures higher quality. You will have trouble getting used to the paddles, but keep on it. Enjoy playing competitive SIGNIFICANTLY more. Would/will buy again in the future, which I hope is a while away based on the build quality.

Great controller, has a nice weight to ot that gives it that high quality feel. Trustworthy. Durable. Fun.

Had to purchase this controller twice and here is why. I bought the “Open Box” the is supposedly checked by the Geek Squad. The first controller the right shoulder button was dead. I mean i can check this using the Xbox diagnostics.. so clearly no one at the Geek Squad checked this unit. The next open box in “excellent condition “ was missing the charging cable and not in the retail box. The Best Buy refurb is a joke..avoid it and shop Amazon… they actually check their devices.

Amazing controller! The customization is insane. Compatible with Xbox Series X/S & PC. It's my daily driver. I love it. My only issue was that after a couple of years the shoulder buttons are now really sensitive and will register multiple clicks with one push. Fortunately I have the RB LB buttons mapped to the back buttons, so its not a big deal. If this happens to you call MS immediately so they can replace it while still under warranty.

This is an awesome controller!!! I never purchased a pro controller before until i got a series x, and so far im very impressed with this premium upgrade, i also purchased a scuf instinct pro and both controllers feel amazing the only gripe i have with the elite 2 is the heavyweight it has, also ive read online about the elites v2 having poor quality and reliability issues, i hope its just people being to ruff with the controller and not a real quality issue.

Now when i first saw the price i was shocked and almost turned away. But then i saw that there is NO battery pack and its just rechargeable. For this reason alone i bought it. I was pleasantly surprised however, the quality and feel of the controller is probably the best xbox even PlayStation controller i felt. It doesnt have the haptic feedback/adaptive triggers of the ps5’s controller, but as far as the xbox goes, if you have the money or this is on sale, id highly recommend it.
