The controller worked fantastic at first but after about 5-6 months the top bumper buttons began to get stuck and eventually just gave out. Thought it was the controller itself but I think it’s a manufacturer issue because I bought another one and the same thing happened but this thing it happened with the A button as well with the bumpers

I bought this controller for my PC. It’s the best most premium controller you will find on the market as of now. I highly recommend as with future releases of controller, this will still compete.

Absolutely love this controller! From someone who has been through many of the standard controllers and never saw a reason to switch, just do it. It is so worth it and adjusting to the paddles is surprisingly easy! Gaming experience has gone to the next level.

This is amazing controller. My son is on the Xbox a lot and I was having to put so many batteries in a week and this only has to be charged once a week. It's amazing.

Best purchase I’ve made for my Xbox series x. The extra buttons and the customization and remapping of buttons is great also the ability to change between different control profiles is amazing.

I bought this as a gift for my son. He loves it. I also love the charging dock, it uses a USB-C charger which charges the controller fast. It’s a great accessory for his gaming system. We are both happy with the purchase.

Great for my Steam games. I had an older one where the A button was sticky. The Best Buy rep was super helpful picking out the latest SKU. They even matched the price when the price dropped. No compromise controller. Get this, not the Core just save a little. It's worth it.

Get the protection b/c otherwise you will regret it. This will be my 3rd replacement for button or grip issues in little over 2 years.

I haven’t tried it yet but coming from a scuf controller and opening this product at work I’m excited to get home and try this out. Feeling the controller and pressing the buttons testing them out feels much better then scuf controllers maybe just a little heavier but it feels so much better. I’ll update when i test it out for a few weeks. Ps my scuf controllers can’t charge anymore and scuf will not help me out with them, that’s why I bought the series controller.

amazing controller upgrade! well worth it but try to find an open box deal.. still cheaper than buying a Core variant and then the accessory box :)

Great controller with nice customization for the buttons. I was hesitant to buy this controller due to the price but it was worth it. Feels nice in the hands and the paddle shifters come in handy. The battery last forever in this thing, havent recharged it yet after 2 weeks use

I bought the original when it first came out and though I loved it, it eventually had a problem with the left stick and became unusable. The new one feels just as well built if not better than the first. The built in battery and charging case are very nice additions to the controller. I like that the rear textured grip is now on the front part as well. Overall I think it’s an awesome controller and though not cheap it’s worth it. This time I did purchase the Geek Squad protection just in case, since the price was reasonable.

The concept is awesome but it is designed for people with small hands. They should account for people with big hands an offer an option to make palm handles thicker. But over all, it works as designed. No issues on battery life. Has a premium feel to it.

Comfortable fit and useful extra paddles. Worth every penny.

Simply one of the best controllers out there, lots of configurations to suit your needs, plenty of buttons and triggers and most of all it comes with a travel case and charger inside!!! This controller is so premium and i love it!!!!

Really good feeling controller, customization and adjustability is great. I love the instant switching from my pc to my xbox that’s also very useful. So for no issues and it’s been about 2 months. I might snatch up the white one just because it looks so good. Highly recommend!
