This thing screams quality for the price I’m glad it’s comes with a case , a nice very long rugged wired and widely charger stand . The controller feels perfect , it’s very grippy and nice premium weight . I’m crappy because I can use this controller for the new Xbox series X coming soon ! I’m pre ordering mines from Bestbuy ! You should buy this I , I use this for call of duty and Mk and Racing games . I’m also a PlayStation fan too bad they don’t have a $170 controller. I recommend this product if your a hardcore gamer or casual.

Understand that this product can come with issues. I recommend insurance on this product for easy exchange. Use the hell out if this remote. If you don’t and don’t have insurance you make see issues down the road and it may have issues when it’s out of manufacture warranty. I believe Microsoft recently increased the duration of their warranty but sending things to them and getting them back can take a month

Longtime PlayStation owner here. I decided to get this controller to use on my gaming laptop and I was not disappointed. Makes the PS4 controller look kind of cheap. This controller is built rock solid. It’s heavy, which I like. It is also customizable in so many ways it’s kind of intimidating. Pairing with my laptop wasn’t terribly difficult, but it could have been a little smoother. It works though, and works well.

Overall just a fantastic controller. Great build quality, has some nice weight to it, and the accessory app allows for really awesome customization. I tell people not to expect the controller to be perfect; it's still suceptible to stick drift and buttons breaking over time. These minor issues are really only ever gonna happen if you're hard on the controller like I am, and the protection plan covers any conceivable issues.

Got this at a deal i couldnt pass up. This open box item appeared brand new, and had all accessories with it. Really a great purchase. Controller feels awesome, dedinitely a huge quality bump. The weight, configuration options, no complaints.

Honestly it sucks what you have to go thru to find a 100% working controller, i had returned 2 from batch 2035 and found 1 from batch 2034 and have no issues. Quality control aside its great Microsoft increased their warranty to 1 year. The controller itself is super cool though and everything you get with it, the nice case, the charger, interchangeable parts, and the settings you can tweak from the vibration on each motor to the brightness of the logo. Quality issues aside its really a dope gamers controller.

Battery life is great! And the most comfortable controller I own. Love that you can change the sensitivity on the sticks and triggers. Haven’t had any drift issues in the year and many hours I’ve been using it.

BEST CONTROLLER AVAILABLE! The lack of hall-effect joysticks is disappointing, but Gulikit holds the patent on using them in controllers. Near infinite customization, better bluetooth connection with Windows PCs, and good battery life. It got me to use my PC more, instead of relying on my Steam Deck or ROG Ally.

I use a controller for PC and I had a normal controller, then a normal elite and its charging port finally gave out and decided to try this guy out. Ive had it for about almost 2 weeks now and it is the best/most comfortable controller I have owned, also I think my normal Elite was just worn out because this one drastically improved my running game in Madden 21 on PC and my aiming in COD. The feel is nice and grippy and has a nice weight. All the customizations are awesome as well. Overall improvement to the original!

If you need a top of the like controller this MIGHT be it. Its good sturdy, long battery, and feels good but it can tend to get stick drift not in the normal way but that the sticks work so well that the slightest touch and youll keep drifting when having your finger rest on it

The controller itself and what it does is good and thankfully after using it for sometime the rubber grips didn't fall off and no joystick drift issues. My only issue is that I'm now on my second replacement since the rubber sliders for the triggers on the back keep falling off. Might try to use glue to put it in place but at the same time I don't want to ruin the controllers feel and make it ugly.

So far fantastic experience. My only gripe is the placement of the back pedals being a bit to close.

Controller is excellently customizable, easy to use, but slightly over-priced compared to comparable controllers in my opinion. Only really negative is the paddles aren't as good as some other controllers - had to rearrange them to feel better for play.

Bought this as a gift for my husband and he loves it. So many different options to customize so it might take some time to figure out your ideal set up but it’s worth it !

Controller came with a variety of custom tools to change the sensitivity of buttons and analog sticks. There is a learning curve so you might want to try using the controller in different forms before setting into one kind of setting. Beware bc this product does tend to lemon out the most even though its a premium controller.

Love my controller. Super high quality. The adjustable tension on the sticks is to die for! 10/10 makes gameplay better.

Excellent controller, definitely worth the money!!

I've been skeptical over the years in paying the hefty price for an elite controller, but finally jumped the gun when they announced the series 2... and I'm glad i did. This controller has great ergonomics and grip texture, along with a plethora of features and settings, including hair trigger settings, multiple sticks, mapping, 4 quadrant vibrating settings, e.t.c. well worth it if you are a competitive gamer. No problems with drifting so far. Love that you can adjust the tension of the sticks as well.. overall, a great product from Microsoft!
