Great controller!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Really happy with the quality. The components are each mag based and they are extremely easy to swap out. My only negative comment is the lack of a dedicated screen capture button. It can be mapped as a shift function but i miss the single button ease of use. Otherwise it's a great controller for fighting games and FPS's like Destiny 2

You Get What You Pay For
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Does everything you hope it will do and more. The controller is easy to use, easy to charge and the paddles on the back are comfortable. I haven’t had any issues with stick drift but did have a little X button stickiness from first opening. No issues or concerns with the controller and well worth the price tag.

Amazing controller!
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.By far this is the absolute best controller I've ever used... it just feels like quality in your hands... and one you're used to using the paddles, you have the upper hand against ppl with a normal controller in any FPS game! I know it's expensive, but if you play a lot of FPS games, do yourself a favor and buy this!!!

Amazing!
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The elite series 2 controller is fantastic. I will never go back to another controller. The only problem with these is that they break down easily. An example of this is the bumpers just stop working. Definitely an item to get geek squad protection on as they will replace it for you.

Would like to recommend this but...
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So I purchased the Elite Series 2 controller, last year when it first came out, I actually swapped it for my original Elite controller (I had gone through a few of those as the rubber on the back came off them easily but that's another story). I was taken aback by the fact that the controller has a built-in battery. This is good in theory but the long term ramification is that eventually, the battery won't hold a charge as long as it once did, and eventually, it won't hold a charge at all. This is problematic since you have no way of swapping the battery out as you could in any other controller. But, the reason I'm writing this review now is that I'm having an issue that so many other people are having, my Series 2 is starting to have button response issues. More specifically the right bumper is barely registering my pressing it and sometimes doesn't seem to acknowledge it at all. I have an extended warranty with Best Buy but they are unable to replace it due to the fact that they don't have anymore. They suggested that I contact Microsoft about replacing the controller, but with a mere 90-day limited warranty, that ensures that by the time most people have issues like mine, they will be well outside of the manufacturer's warranty period. It's a real shame because the controller when it works is pretty good, the weight is satisfying and when everything works it's a very responsive controller. But I can't recommend the controller knowing that it probably won't even make it a full year with standard use.

Awesome! Just understand what you’re getting first
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great! Just understand what it is you’re getting. This is a USB C rechargeable controller. The DPad and triggers are different. It comes with sliders on the bottom of the controller to adjust how quickly the left and right triggers are pulled. But that is the extend of the controller. The more expensive elite controller 2 comes with a charging case AND the paddles, while this controller does seem to support the paddles, it does not come with paddles or many (if any at all) other thumbsticks. The other thing I’ve noticed is some games are built for the regular Xbox controller, so even if you can pull the trigger faster, due to game mechanics, it won’t matter what your reaction time is.

Customizable, comfortable, and reliable
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I recently purchased the Microsoft - Elite Series 2 Core Wireless Controller and I’m really enjoying it. I wanted a controller that had more customizable features and this one has proved to be an excellent choice. The adjustable thumbsticks, directional pad, and multi-function buttons provide plenty of options for fine-tuning the controller for specific and personalized settings for gaming. It's also quite comfortable to hold and use with its rubberized grip. The wireless connection has been reliable and very responsive, providing lag-free performance. I would highly recommend this controller to anyone looking for a customizable, comfortable, and reliable gaming control.

High quality
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Once you use this controller, you'll never want to go back to any other regular controller again. Very high quality and the rechargeable battery lasts an unbelievable amount of time. I have only had to charge it once since buying it 3 months ago. It does take some getting use to with the added pedal buttons.

A must for serious gamers!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This controller is a must for anyone serious about gaming. Made with much higher quality parts than the standard controller. You can feel the weight. The additional paddle controls make it great for adding a jump button so you don't have to take your thumb off the air stick.
