So far so good I'll try and focus this review on the things I think are useful that people want to know. I've had the controller about 1 week, and used it for a good several hrs each day. I don't play competitive and don't thrash the controller around. Been playing twin stick with reasonable amount of trigger usage, and some coverage of all other buttons including the infamous Y button. So far I have had no issues, no double clicks, or missed clicks etc. Both sticks are perfectly tracking as shown in the xbox accessories software. And the response curve on the triggers is also as it should be. The trigger adjustments work as expected and feel solid, but by the same token I wouldn't be too rough with them when shortened. The stick tension provides three settings, standard, firm, and extra firm. This worked fine for me, but I'll be sticking with standard. Accessories: I love the convenience of the charging stand and case it comes with The different stick options are a plus and easy to swap, but I will probably just use the default ones. The faceted (default) dpad has a nice action, but for me the + dpad is the better choice and has a decisive response! The paddles work fine, easy to remove if desired, I do use them with a couple of remappings (view and left bumper in my case). IMO, the new white elite 2 controller could have at least been a consideration if it had the + dpad and the paddles. Software/Other: I use the controller on PC coupled with the wireless adapter (got mine from Noel Leeming) The XBox accessories app works as expected and allows me to setup the profiles. You can remap all functionality on the controller, but only to existing actions the controller supports. SO... - No keyboard mappings - Doesn't allow a mapping for the "Share" button found on newer xbox controllers.

Controller is amazing for improving gameplay, not only but the paddles are a game changer, using this controller also has perks with the xbox mapping tool to change how games can be played, overall the quality is great and doesnt feel cheap, also the controller is rechargeable with charging dock which is very modern and nice, the battery life is also very good, i can play multiple days for more than 4-5 hours each day before having to charge it

Pretty good controller, better option for a replacement of the $179 version since I’ve gone through 2 of those already; this one has lasted a while already.

This is a very good product. It has been so much better than my previous controller. It has a lot of configuration with the paddles which makes it so good to use.

Perhaps it's just mental, but having the pro controller, that's wired to the consul, makes me feel that there's no delay, and the performance shows ( probably just mental, but I like it).

If you want to be in the game, then the elite series 2 controller is for you. I did have the black one and the rubber is coming off it. I had it for 3 years with moderate game play. So, I picked up the blue one for a very reasonable price. Once you go elite, I doubt if you ever go back to other controllers. If you can, get one and get it on sale.

One of the best controllers I've ever used. Got a little over 20 months, and over 1000 hours worth of intense gaming before signs of stick drift. nice and hefty and feels like its a controller worth almost $200. The features like back paddles and trigger stops are a God-send, and are great for competitive and casual gaming. Worth its weight and if you play everyday or just a weekend gamer its worth it if you give it some love.

It work for like a 6 month period. After that the lb and rb buttons stopped completely working. Will be going to bestbuy to get a replacement.

Great controller, but the weight is real. I didnt think it would make a difference, but it does.

I love the customization it allows. No stick drift yet so thats a huge plus.
