This controller is worth it if you play FPS games. I love the fact the paddles help with not taking my thumbs off the controller. I will say if you do play a lot the quality built is around 3.5 to 4 stars. The longevity of this controller I feel is an open debate because I had to use my geek squad replacement plan a couple of times within a 4 year span. I do play about 10-20 hours a week. I don't know if anyone else has issues with sticky buttons (right/left bumper) or drifting joy sticks. I had both.

This broke after only two months. The right joystick, which I never use, spins freely when centered, and gets stuck when I move it up. Microsoft warranty is worthless as it costs $49 for shipping and parts. It lists specific parts but I don't even know if that will fix it. This is the most I have paid for a controller and have been very careful with it. My old, generic XBox controller lasted for years.

Loving this controller. I already have an elite 2 and wanted this for my PC. Great battery life. Only have to charge once a week and I play everyday.

Love the elite controllers easy to map and use. Never have any issues and sturdy for that PVP performance.

This is the second elite controller i have purchased and it is great. I dont know how long a controller should go before getting stick drift but the first one i bought lasted less than a year before drifting became a real issue. Thankfully i have protection on this one in case the problem arries again.

Definitely better then Elite one controller. Feels so much nicer.

Purchased for our Grandson for Christmas (Seemed to be in short supply at other stores). He really loves this controller because it has features that other did not. (Buttons, charging pack option, etc.). Hey, He's happy so we are happy.

I think the controller and it's features are some of the best in the market. I use it on my PC and I only have 2 notes. 1. The connection issues are the only thing that made me debate on returning it. It will drop for little to no reason even when updated and right next to my PC. 2. The price is a tad high for a controller. I do understand it has fancy features but I payed over 250 with the warranty which I wasnt to thrilled about.

I have bought these controllers mutiple times and i will say there is a bitter sweet relationship with them. They allow for an overall better gaming performance for sure but much like all other controllers stick drift is a major issue after awhile, and if you can fix it then it can last for a few years, but eventually the wear starts to become apparent like with all other things.

Love it. Great controller for shooting and sport games. Only con is that this one does not come with the back triggers.

The 1st elite controller was 1 that I absolutely adored. Until about 6 months of ownership and the right stick started to drift to the point of un-playable. When the new 1 was announced, I thought I would give it a shot. It arrived on release day and worked great for the 1st couple of hours. Then I noticed that the A started to stick or just not register. This is apparently a known issue and MS support is supposed to take care of it. Time will tell... Aside from this, if you were a fan of the 1st, this should be an upgrade. The rubber grip fully wraps and is something really special. The 3rd trigger adjustment is actually really cool for fine tuning. For example, on the left trigger I have it 1 click for a slightly shorter stop. On the right, I have it maxed out for the shortest possible pull. On call of duty, I am able to fire a pistol or marksman rifle faster as the trigger resets faster. The sticks are still a highlight with adjustable tension, and different sticks let you adjust the length for speed or accuracy. The D-pad is still probably the best on any controller. It's accurate and can be swapped from the disk to a traditional 4 way in a matter of seconds. Lastly, the charging. USB C is the way of the future and its in there. The carrying case also allows for charging. Great controller, but the QC issues really bring it down.

The controller is great works really well pretty cheap for a elite controller

Bought this controller in January 2022. A couple years in, I had issues with button activation (mostly bumpers) and rubber coming unglued. These problems exacerbated until finally recently becoming unusable. This does not appear to be a defect, just poor design and materials. I expect more from Microsoft, especially at this price point.

It feels better than a standard controller and the customization options for it are a nice bonus

This controller is the only way to play the Xbox series x. Feels super amazing and the triggers are so fast a responsive.

A must have if you are an avid gamer, the different joystick options and paddles are a game changer.
