I bought this controller on the 23rd and started having issues with it a couple of weeks later. The A button wasn't registering my presses. It was happening enough for me to barely notice it at first. I have the power a fusion as well so I switched to it and def found out I was having issues with a $200 controller. Was planning on returning it today when I started having issues with the right bumper sticking as well. Was just going to get another one but I think I'm just going to get refund and buy a couple of regular controllers instead. Never had an issue with those. Kinda sad an $80 pro controller from another company works better than the $200 one manufactured by the company itself. I know plenty of people who had issues with the first gen one and saw reviews that people were already having issues with this one as well. Against my better judgement I bought it anyway. Lesson learned.

I bought this to use with my steam deck when I have it docked to a monitor. Had some issues with it out of the box but after running a firmware update it has worked perfectly for that purpose.

Almost the best controller on the market. Just missing the paddles and interchangeable joysticks but still a great controller for small hands.

Great controller it’s very versatile and customizable it’s is also very comfortable to hold it’s the best controller I’ve used to date. I love I can charge it in the case.

Wayyyy better than the standard Xbox controller. The grips are better, having the under-the-controller buttons is so much better, having button mapping and thumb stick sensitivity adjustments is incredible. The controller even comes with a hard carrying case that holds your extra buttons and acts as a charging station when plugged in. It’s crazy good. Tbh I couldn’t go back to a reggie controller again.

The only controller i ever use. Using the Elite controller for years and ive never gone back to the standard xbox controller.

Love the solid feel, and the action time of the buttons and triggers is amazing. Once you customize the trigger’s sensitivity and strength, you will be on a new level of gaming.

Been using the basic Xbox controller it sucks decided to upgrade to this felt much better bought some thumb sticks with it worked like a charm on shooting games.

Great controller. Customizable controls and extra sticky grip. Have both series 1 and 2. 2 is a much better product. Love it.

Amazing controller. Great abilities and adjustable joysticks. However I wish you got the paddles with the controller.

Excellent controller. But this controllers lag input is relatively slow compared to a ps controller.

I didn't think I'd like the white, but it looks really nice in person. The core doesn't come with the paddles and sticks, but was a great replacement for my Elite series 2 that stopped working.

Excellent controller definitely recommend it if you take video games seriously, definitely a game changer

Awesome controller, I am glad I purchase the insurance. One of the button are starting to drift! Nothing new! Sony need to do better.

I had an Elite 1 and was old on them years ago. The problems with drift and buttons hasn't plagued me yet, but if it does I have the BB warranty!

Controller is sweet. I like the grip for my sweaty palms mid game no slip and I dig the adjustable triggers. I’d recommend it

My black elite series 2 was getting old so i bought this and have no regrets. Its a great controller and with the best buy warranty you have possibly two replacements for two years.
