Been using for about two years and still works great.

Great for shooters it allows you to jump and slide and reload and all that without taking your thumb off the stick i hate playing claw so this works out for me

I have nothing bad to say about this controller. I realize some people in the past have had issues with their controllers breaking down. I have not been one of these people. I owned the Series 1 and loved it. Not with the Series 2 it has only gotten better. I think it's leap to say that it is drastically better, but it's defiantly better. I think the grips are nicer than the Series 1. The paddles feel tighter, which I like. And having the ability to adjust the thumb sticks is very nice. This is a solid, well built controller. But I will also say that if you hare happy with your original controller, you do not have to spend the extra money on one of these. This controller is a "want", not a "need".

The grip makes it easier to hold for me. I have physical challenges that can make holding a controller difficult. The textured grips really help. The mappable back buttons make all the difference. My hands are small, so it can be hard to move all around the controller. The back buttons help me manage longer play-time.

Christmas gift for Inlaw. Expensive but he loves it.

This is really cool controller but be warned its definitely heavier controller than normal

The right bumper goes bad, this is my 3rd elite 2. I get a year out of them on average. At least now it's a bit less $ without all the triggers and sticks of which I have several sets of. Sending them to Microsoft for repair is a nightmare, and they send you someone else's they fixed. I'd rather save the time and aggravation and just buy a new one.

This controller is amazeballs!! The programmable 4 back paddles are a game changer. Takes awhile to program for different games and profiles but it’s worth it. Only for experienced gamers!- if you’re a newb concentrate on learning how to play first because this will confuse tf out of you but long time gamers don’t read anymore BUY NOW!!

Easy to find and buying was a breeze. Wanted to upgrade to a new controller and best buy had me covered! Walked in and found and was able to walk out with a brand new controller!

Absolutely love this controller!! My son said it's his favorite so far!

This controller feels extremely high quality and the customization options on PC and Xbox are great. The only problem is that I have had bad luck with stick drift with my first controller, but I'm not sure if it's a single unit problem or a general design issue. My replacement one is currently working great

if you play regularly, these only last about 8 months. But other than that, works great!

Been having time of my life with my new elite controller

Excellent controller. All of the buttons are comfortable. You can adjust the sensitivity of the buttons. It come with very nice storage bag which also had charging ports connected.

Love these controllers makes life so much better when gaming

got plenty of use of mine and enjoyed it greatly but like the series 1 before it the price increase does not come with durability increases. will the grip issue of the series 1 seems to be 99% fixed i was/ am seeing minor expansion after this year that could become problematic if other parts like the bumpers and sticks retained their life better. *when i mention durability ive never once thrown or otherwise put nonstandard ware and tear abuse on the controller but it seems that since even the 360 era microsofts controllers just aren't made to last daily use of 5+ hours for a full year

Worked smoother than an XBOX One remote. Appears to be of higher quality and more durable which is important.

I bought the open box excellent condition and it came like it was new.

I bought this to replace my last one which I dropped from head height onto a concrete floor. I now think my last one was faulty, because this one works much better - the buttons are smooth and the controls feel connected to my soul! If you play a lot of games on Xbox, get this - it's really worth it.
