Best controller ever
||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Best Xbox controller I have ever used. It fits in my hand perfectly. Conferable after a long play session and the programmable keys are a must now

Great controller just wears out quickly.
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. One on the best feeling controllers I have ever owned. The weight is perfect and the additional buttons on the back are awesome! I've had this controller for about 6 months and the A button isn't registering ever hit. I would definitely get the geek squad warranty with this product if you use it often. I walked in told them the button wasn't working and they gave me a new one. Great controller just wears out quickly.

Posted .Hey Hunter,
We're sorry that there is an issue with the A button on your Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2. The limited manufacturer's warranty for this product has been extended to one year. If you're within the warranty period, we recommend contacting our team at Xbox Support for assistance here: https://beta.support.xbox.com/en-US/help/hardware-network/controller/wireless-controller-solution

Good, but...
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good controller, but little expensive considering it doesn't come with the extra buttons it's specificity designed for. You have to buy the case that comes with the extra sticks and buttons. Some metal parts instead of plastic. Works well and feels solid.

No big deal
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.By no fault of best buy, xbox has this overpriced even for what it can do. The functions are unnecessary.

Some Stick Drift out of the box
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a solid controller, but I wouldn't say elite. There is a little bit of drift on the right thumbs tick. This can be reduced through the Xbox Accessory App. but from what reviews I have read, this is a fairly normal issue with these controllers. I would say it is worth the Black Friday $100 price point but would recommend going a different way at higher retails.

Great Product, Highly Recommend
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love this controller. This is my second one, it would receive 5 stars, but with frequent use over a couple years the wear and tear is extreme, needing to replace it. So great product, just be prepared to replace it if you are a heavy gamer. Highly recommend regardless.

Was a great controller…
||Posted . Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I liked this controller but it eventually got stick drift in less than a year. I think in general this is a huge problem for Xbox controllers. I think every controller I’ve had from Xbox has gotten stick drift whereas PlayStation controllers, I’ve had no problems. I just don’t think it’s worth pay around 100$ for a controller that eventually get stick drift when I could buy a 60$ and save money.

Perfect Upgrade
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If your looking to expand what you can do in games I say go for it. I bought just for Apex & it gets the job done plus more. Back triggers help keep me in game without extra finger movment. No stick drift. Fist perfectly in my hand. It's just a step up from the normal controller.

Overall Good Controller
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The elite 2 separates itself with the extra paddles on the back. The layout and feel of these extra paddles are much better than other controllers. The programmable profiles are a nice feature as well. If you are a heavy gamer I would opt for the warranty.

Almost perfect
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like how heavy it feels, the grips are nice but quickly start losing their friction abilities after a few uses. The only other problem in have is the size of tge controller. It might just be me but it just needs to be bigger i feel like.

Worth the money
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Non-gamer here. It was hard to understand why we needed to upgrade to the elite controller until I held each and felt the difference. I've watched enough game play to see how intense the play can be, so now I can also understand why having some of the features would help. So instead of having to buy a new basic controller every 3-4 months because of the wear and tear, we'll invest in this and see it last a lot longer
