Quality control issues continue.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The controller and peripherals included look and feel premium; however, the well documented QC issues cripple what could have been an awesome controller. Day 1, within the first 2 hours, the right thumbstick started dragging and sticking and the A button wouldn't register each press. If you're willing to pay for an extended warranty, and take the time to return defective units when they fail, you may enjoy this controller.

The best xbox controller
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The best xbox controller I've ever used. This thing is great. It doesn't feel like its cheaply made because it has the proper weight a controller should have. The customizable buttons are great additions even though I rarely use them. Having a USB-C case case that serves as a charging is great to have

Amazing Controller
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Amazing controller that was recently updated to fix a lot of the major issues such as the notorious stick drift. Since COVID I've put in a professional level of gaming hours daily and have no received stick drift at all. In the event that I do receive stick drift, I also purchased the Geek Squad warranty plan for the additional peace of mind.

NO Xbox Elite case or Paddles BEWARE OF OPEN BOX
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have an xbox elite series 1 and it came with a nice charging case and extra accessories and the paddles. This was an open box item in so called "excellent condition and it doesn't have the paddles underneath or extra parts or the charging case. Very disappointing, but the controller does work and looks nice with my Xbox series S.

Just the internal recharge battery is worth it!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have the original elite controller and the white one… I grabbed this one because the white one was giving me crap. Ghost drifting or whatever you call it. So happy with the new version. The internal rechargeable battery and the slick minimal charger station is worth this buy for sure. The sale didn’t hurt either

Good for FPS gamers
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love this compared to standard controller. Good for first person shooters and lo NF gaming sessions. RB button has issues with double presses on own and bad stick drift out of the box.

If You Take Console Gaming More Seriously
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This are truly the best control to buy if you're in the market for a top tier OE controller! Everything from the weight to the adjustability of the joy sticks is absolutely top notch! I do STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU BUY THE GEEK SQUAD WARRANTY as this thing won't last forever unfortunately.

Microsoft Elite Series 2
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought for my son. A Christmas present. He loves the remote and says its much better than the one that came with the unit. The controller is comfortable in hand and buttons are easy to reach! Microsoft got this remote right when they made this one.

Buttons only work when they want to
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Quality control is poor at best. So many of these have faulty buttons that stick or dont register like mine. The Y button worked maybe 1/4 the time, with the B and A buttons working more like 3/4 of the time, and only consistently when pushed very hard and perfectly on the center of the button. Beyond that I had stick drift from both sticks after about a week of light use. Couldnt even exchange it for a new one because theyre backordered. Literally do not buy this without their protection plans or Im certain you will be sorry

awesome controller
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've been enjoying playing games especially on my Nintendo switch nice solid controller my only problem is mine creeks when I push the controllers down but it still works well. I'd go return it but Corona season keeping me indoors. I love how there's a 3 year warranty option unlike game stop that only offers a year

lots of extras
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i really enjoy this controller because of the extra buttons and the ability to change out parts. but what i dont like or understand is why they would sell this without the dongle to be able to use it bluetooth on your pc? so if you purchase this for your pc make sure you purchase the xbox dongle as well or you have to use it plugged in and not wireless.
