All other functions worked. The paddles are wayyy smaller on the Series 2 compared to the original, But this controller overall feels better. Also the rubber grip wont peel off version 2. The front and back shell are textured now, vs glued on rubber grips. Going to exchange for another one.

The replacement option was the plain xbox controller and once you play with an Elite it is hard to turn back.

Switched from buying direct ( this is my 6th controller) to Best Buy as RB inevitably fails and Best Buy protection plan is the best.
